Very disappointing experience. My daughter had an urgent restroom emergency, and she even offered to buy something just so she could use the restroom. Despite this, she was denied access.

If a food and beverage establishment cannot provide restroom access—especially in an emergency—it raises serious concerns about basic health and safety standards. This situation could have been handled with basic human decency.

I expect much better from Starbucks.

I basically always do mobile ordering now, it’s less stressful. I ordered a few minutes before I arrived at the store via walking. The drive-thru was busy and it looked like they were training someone – that being said – they got my order completed in about 10 minutes. It’s not a big Starbucks and all of the tables were filled. The store was clean and the employees were nice.

Located on the corner of S. Vincent Ave and West Covina Pkwy in a small shopping center with drive-thru and limited parking, very close to the West Covina mall.

I stopped by this afternoon at about 2:45 PM and the drive-thru barista was amazing! (I believe she said her name was Iris at the speaker). She was very welcoming and happy to take my order. I asked for an ‘Iced White Chocolate Mocha with no Whip’, and she suggested trying it with ‘Vanilla Foam’ instead, so I tried it. She was right, it tasted so good! Service was fast, I was literally in and out of their drive-thru.

Overall, I had a great experience at this location.

This Starbucks are great. The customer service is wonderful. They treat you respectfullu and understand your need or request. Although it’s small and no dine-in available, the atmosphere is really cozy in here. The down side is the Drive-thru. The the traffic for the Drive-thru is crossing with the incoming traffic from the street. This makes it quite dangerous for drivers to yield and to pass through.

WHO I ENCOUNTERED AND WAS EXTREMELY RACIST AND DEROGATORY TOWARDS STARBUCKS CONSUMERS. MANAGEMENT CAN FIND THE BEST SOLUTION TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM SURROUNDING THIS INDIVIDUAL AND DREADFUL DISHONEST BEHAVIOR . everything tastes as expected. it’s starbucks. i’m just upset that they didn’t follow my instructions on my order. i asked for no cheese on the sandwich and i know i did because it’s written on the ticket. my mom’s lactose intolerant and we were taking the bus to get around for the morning, so it’s not convenient or easy to go back and tell them that a mistake was made.

Parking lot is horrible best to do drive thru. Service is hit or miss, but what really sucks is how they give you a bunch of ice, even when asked for light ice, and how they fill the drinks. In reality your venti becomes a grande with the amount of ice they put and the lack of liquid. I get they do not want to fill hot drinks to the top for obvious reasons, but cold ones. Really! 5 sips and it’s gone.

Starting to really short people on their drinks. Happens now everytime I order, at every different location. You’d think the outrageous price we pay for our drinks would be enough to get a full amount.
