As a single person and diabetic I can’t always cook for myself. I went online and sweat that Arby’s had salads on the menu, even my local small town one. I drove up in hopes of having a healthy option but this location doesn’t offer a salad option even though it is on the memory for their location.

I’m disappointed, in a time when diabetes is affecting the health of so many people and fast food playing a very big role in this, they are removing healthy items from the menus. There are no options for me here. At least offer a side salad and not the other entree salad on the menu. I would be fine with that. I do my best to be proactive in managing my health and diabetes. This is a shame and follows Bojangles in removing salads from the menu. Also joins the list of places I’ll never eat at again.

Wendy’s still has salads, the closest location is 10 miles away and they will be my only go to for fast food anywhere around me. Shame on Arby’s for choosing to take healthy options of the menu and focus of growing what has become an epidemic of poor health in people. I’m only one in the sea of customers but as more people care about their health the more will sell healthier options and take their dollars elsewhere. I’m just one, that’s where it begins. I have no reason to be back not will I ever stop at another Arby’s to see if they offer salad, is a water of my time and will consider all to be the same even if only the one is allowed to cut items from the posted menus items.

I understand there weren’t many employees. I don’t mind waiting. Though half my order was missing. One gentleman was very understanding and fixed it. Another gentleman threw some sauce my way and looked at me up and down to pick it up off the floor. That’s fine! I understand they are frustrated. As soon as I get home I feel my bread is hard and cold. The cheese is not even melted and then I see green fuzzy spots. I’m done with Arby’s that’s just disgusting. I tried calling to warn them. The lines are busy. I just don’t know what to think.

Actually a couple weeks ago I asked my Sister to pick me up something on her way home, I live across the street from her. Two Beef N Cheddars’ with Horsey Sauce. And it Was Delicious, I also like the Jalapeno Poppers and Gyros…P.S. I live in the South now but I used to live in Illinois, some of my Fondest memories is, for some reason when I was about 7 to 8 years old after I got out of school I ended up at an Arby’s and people would ask me questions like are you Hungry and I was like hey these people keep feeding me. Good Times…

Let me start out saying, I don’t like to write negative reviews. This restaurant has been a disappointment time after time. I have gone back in the past thinking, maybe it was a fluke and it would be better the next time. We went there last night a little before 9pm and tried to place an order. We tried to order three different items and were told they were out of that. We settled on two Chicken Ranch Sandwiches and a drink. We brought it home, and to our dismay, our chicken sandwiches had chicken nuggets on them. It’s ridiculous! We won’t go back.

First time visiting this chain.

Food was served quickly, it was not busy and food was ok.

Would visit again but there are other places I would probably choose first

I love the beef and cheddar, its a great sandwich. This particular store has sticky floors and less than friendly employees and management. It seems no matter what state I’m in they refuse to fill up the fry container. All I ask is to get what I pay for.
