6 of our party stopped here after we had dinner. Drinks flowing good. Owner was drinking. A couple of locals there, which she was talking to.. My brother in law needed another drink, to get her attention, he tapped his empty bottle on the bar. She turned her head, like Linda Blair, in the exorcist. THAT’S SOMETHING THAT I DO NOT TOLERATE. Needless to say, we left. I don’t even know why we left her a tip. Maybe because, we felt sorry for her and the only truck in the parking lot, is hers.. We go past there, to go to Horsing Around, but will never feel sorry for her again. We know NOW, why she doesn’t have business. Campers at Dexterville, go to Horsing Around. We will NEVER STEP ONE FOOT IN THAT PATHETIC BAR AGAIN……Another thing….she asked 3 times what kind of soda…….

Beautiful scenery and great food. Something as simple as a cheeseburger is done wrong by so many places, not here! Quality ingredients and 1919 on tap in a frosty mug! Will be coming again next time I’m in the area.

Food was excellent and the view of the river from the inside was unexpectedly scenic. Despite everything in the building being as old as it is, the restrooms and bar were very clean. The bartender/ owner did not come off as the most “people person” at first, but once we sat down for a bit they were much more friendly.
If your traveling through the area and not in a hurry, its definitely worth the stop.

Best chili, very awesome bartender, highly recommend stopping here. Large windows in back gives a great view of the Yellow River flowing over rocks. Bring cash or plan an using ATM. we will certainly stop again

Was hot inside and bartender/owner said in was too late in the season to turn on the air! Seemed to be having a bad day too! Kinda an effort to make our drinks. Didn’t stay long!
