I’ve been a huge fan of Zaxbys for many years. I travel all over the country for work, and love Zaxbys. Unfortunately, today at this location was horrible. It honestly took 45 minutes from when I ordered to receiving my food. It wasn’t just me. There were 16 people waiting on food at one point. After the rest of my party had already gotten their food, I finally asked about my order and found out they lost my order. Then I had to ask again before I finally got my food. Unbelievable.
I’ll still go to Zaxbys, but not this location. It needs a new manager asap.

I’m not sure who was on salads tonight however when I say it was so delicious I had to come write a review. They didn’t skip on any toppings, (Cod salad w/ no bacon) the salad was fresh, chicken cooked well and moist. Keep up the great work and service team! ☺️

The salad was rotten, and that’s a big no for me. Not planning on returning to this place ever again, and I can’t say I ever liked Zaxbys in the first place.

First of all if trying to call don’t even try they won’t answer the customer service line. I had a girl be very rude to my boyfriend who was picking up our food since I’m at work and didn’t hand him the food properly almost making him drop it. Then after driving home calls me and tells me they only gave us half our order and we aren’t from rockingham and don’t have the time to drive all the way back after getting home 9pm. I usually don’t even eat from this zaxbys due to getting sick from the last time and thought to try it again only to be disappointed

This is the worst zaxbys I ever been to at night time the worker in manger have the most nasty attitude in the world. They kept messing people order up have people standing on front line with attitude not getting order in or out have lobby full up people .they really need to be shut down this is been mostly at night time with staff in manger it very un professional I will never come back to this zaxbys anymore to get any food or get disrespected bye kids .

The worst service. We waited over 25 minutes for our meals. The manager was on his phone in the dining area from the time we arrived until the time we left – about 35 minutes and doing nothing to help his employees (see pice below). Never again.

First of all, we didn’t even get to eat our food beachside it was taking so long. We waited 35+ minutes and we got a refund and they didn’t even say CRAP. No one was doing anything in the back, and we get a refund the manager pops out of nowhere. And there was atleast 5 people waiting, overall TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT EAT HERE
