WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Here’s of photo of me trying to purchase a coffee before closing and the workers are just looking at me being rude by not responding to the door. I arrived at 10:17 pm knowing that this location closes at 10:30 pm. I was speaking in the intercom and didn’t get a response back. I went to the drive up window and seen workers there and was ignored as if I wasn’t at the window. I’m honestly disappointed and will rate this Starbucks 0. I don’t know what kind of workers Starbucks hires here. They definitely need proper training on manners and closing the proper. I will also be reaching out to cooperate on this matter.

I stop at this Starbucks location because it’s normally on the route I drive, but with so many other locations close by, I’m not stopping here anymore! I never have a problem getting my coffee the way I like it at other locations, as a matter of fact, isn’t it Starbucks policy that they will remake your drink if you are not satisfied? Well at this location, they give me a bad attitude and refuse to give me extra sweet cream even after charging me extra for it, they act like it’s coming out of their own paycheck! I get conserving company costs, but I also know about customer service and treating customers like family so they’ll want to return, especially when you charge them extra! I will no longer throw my hard earned money away at this Starbucks because apparently you cannot get your drink made the way you enjoy at this location.

I came here on February 20 th around 9:54 pm there was a girl there who took her sweet time making the drinks I waited in drive through for almost 20 mins waiting on just 1 drink she said she was the only person working but then I seen someone else back there with her . Very poor service shouldn’t have to wait almost 20 mins to get 1 drink . She had circular glasses on .

Most all the Starbucks i have gone to have been really nice… This one was a bit off. First no one greeted me when i came in and after standing at the register for some time (there was no other person in line) a young lady acknowledge me and took my order. I ordered a pastry. After ordering i sat down waited some more and started playing with my phone and another girl called out another order and i looked on counter and noticed my order. No one said anything. I know its not a big deal but Starbucks in my opinion holds high standards in customer service and this Starbucks was not showing that.

Now, from my experiences coming here it’s been absolutely perfect. Service was great in person and drive through, haven’t had any errors from here at all. Although, obviously from recent reviews on this location there seems to be at least out of this batch of workers to be a few bad ones. Over all, personally I haven’t had a single bad experience but others have.

There were six staff members working at this store today, and they all seemed very busy. My girlfriend and I ordered a coffee and a dragon fruit drink. Later, I needed a cup of iced water. I waited by the counter for quite a while, but not a single staff member acknowledged me. During that time, all of them deliberately avoided eye contact with me. Eventually, I had to approach one of the staff members myself, and she gave me a cup of iced water, but I felt it was too small. I went back to the counter and waited again for a long time. When I specifically requested the largest size of iced water, I repeated it once more to make sure I was clear. Yet, she still gave me the smallest size of iced water.
Anyone would lose their temper in such a situation. I felt bullied, or even targeted. I can’t understand why this happened. If I point this out, it might seem petty, but from beginning to end, I did nothing wrong. Why would they treat me this way? I am a customer—please treat me as one. I don’t need to be treated like a god, but honestly, I feel like buying the whole store just to fire all of you and rehire staff to restore proper service order. Absolutely terrible!

Service here is extremely bad, instead of helping me figuring out what drink I got last time they made me feel dumb. I’ve never had this type of treatment before with any of my local starbucks I’ve gone to. At Drive thru window ladies kept talking to each other instead of paying attention to me because the tap machine wasn’t loading. Very unpleasant and rude of these ladies.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service. They messed up my drink and then they charged me for their error. Instead of apologizing and fixing the error. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But this time I felt very disappointed with the service. The lady at the drive through was rude and sounded very annoyed. I asked for extra caramel on my drink around the cup and this is what was given to me. When I asked if they can add some more the lady at the window drenched caramel on top of the drink. Sad to say it’s not the first time I experience something like this at these location.
