5 stars for this male barista. Came in late weeknight, he made my foam SUPER THICK & CREAMY (like SUPA THIIICK) not bubbly like dish soap. I never had anyone whip fat free foam like THAT. That guy is going places in life. I always get my grande lattes in a venti cup to make space for foam and he spoke my language. He filled that empty space with foam for sureee. I ONLY want him making my drinks. Please let us request a barista.

I ordered Grande Matcha w oatmilk 1 pump of white mocha and strawberry foam on the top. Just that’s it I didn’t order for extra matcha scoop or nth Look at this freaking color That’s so grosssssss and so stong I didn’t get any mocha or oatmilk taste at all It was just crazy bitter taste which is mix with gross strawberry It was not like a drink which is mix well Like separate from everything like a layer and layer Taste was so gross So bitter So disgusting

I always come here but after my experience with the manager night shift named Autum , I will avoid here now, she has no customer service unprofessional. Please train the managers correctly also.

Like most Starbucks, this place is nicely decor. It is clean and it has a good relax environment. Staffs are efficient but with a bit of stoic attitude. Parking is very limited but it has a drive thru.

Normally, everything’s just about perfect when I stop by after work. Today, I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. The ice was filled all the way to the top and there was no horchata flavor. After 3 decent sips, I was nearly done with the drink. I guess I can just chew on the ice now. Maybe a new trainee or something. Just not a happy experience this time around.

I am editing my previous review to a 1 star. The wait to get one simple drink was insufferable. When I finally received my drink and drove off, I realized they didn’t add any whipped cream as I asked. I had to get back in the drive through line to get that corrected. The wait was even worse the 2nd time around. To correct the mistake with whipping cream, they asked for my drink. To my surprise the barista took it, opened the lid and proceeded adding the whipped cream to my already sipped drink (I found that very unsanitary).
