After ordering my coffee and bagel to have at the store while my 10 and 13 year old enjoyed there food from Mc.donalds next door this girls says to the other employee that my kids can’t have there food, so they got up and had to go eat in the car while I waited for my coffee and bread. (The he/she that has purple hair)
I went out side and checked if they have any signs that there’s no outside food allowed, went inside and told them yet ignoring me. I will never ever go back.

I honestly hate this Starbucks EVERYTIME I COME they either give me way too much ice or not enough drink and they have a problem when I correct them. This was the drink they handed me today through the drive up. When asked where is the rest of my drink they added more ice instead when I originally asked for light ice. I asked for a new cup to avoid a watered down drink and honestly to see how much I really paid for. Starbucks is expensive and I refuse to pay for just ice
