Really friendly people, who know what they are doing. Empanadas and the arepas are grade a – the “bread” or dough or whatever they use to make those – is crunchy, delicate, and not greasy. The meat fillings are subtly spiced and flavorful, and the sauce is at that stoopid level of goodness where you’re like i’d eat anything if it had this on it.
