Came back two days in a row — that says it all.
The staff at this Starbucks are warm, patient, and quick even during the busy hours.
Tried the new Summer Berry with Lemonade (so refreshing!) and my usual Frappuccino — both were spot on.
The store is clean, the vibe is relaxed, and there’s plenty of seating inside and out.

This is a true coffee shop. They have the comfy couch and lounge chairs. The team here was great. I had the piping hot honey citrus tea with the sausage egg biscuit. The inside is clean as well the patio area is clean.

I went in there for something simple like hot water. The polite black lady with glasses at the counter told me I could not buy the water nor could I buy the cup I would have to buy some of their high cholesterol crap that’s pre-made there or “something” before I could even get hot water. I’m a veteran and I was treated like someone unable.

They came up to me saying that I offended them by asking for “3 Gay Waters” I am in fact gay and the environment with the pride flags made me assume that they were a Lgbtq+ community but they came up to me assuming that I am a straight male and saying how it offended them not knowing I was Gay. I am infact very offended because they told me they were gonna ban me from this place. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LGBTQ+. They will not welcome you, even though they are presenting the place as a gay area with all the pride flags, it is infact a homophobic environment. My teenager cried while on the ride to our house knowing that society Starbucks our local starbucks is not friendly to the lgbtq+ community. I need justice to this hate crime.

Highly disappointed in this trip to Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks as much as the next girl, but the service was terrible tonight. The person working the counter gave my boyfriends mom a hard time for ordering a PLAIN coffee. He said that it was going to take an extra 5-7 minutes to make and acted like it was a burden on him to make it. Here it is, 10 minutes later and she doesn’t have a coffee. I ordered the new golden ginger drink and it is honestly pretty terrible. He gave me attitude when I ordered it and cut me off telling me they didn’t have the coconut in it. When I tried to order the new matcha drink instead he cut me off again to say I could get soy or almond in the ginger drink. So I got soy in it. The drink tastes like bubble gum. Also, I am overhearing another customer that their urinal is broken. AND my aunt had to give the staff the creamer container bc it was empty when she went to put some in her coffee.
