Usually pretty good service. Notorious for placing the garlic butter on top of the pizza in the box messing up the toppings. Ordered a pizza with a 3 hour buffer, requested delivery at 6pm. My husband answered the door for me and accepted the pizza, not realizing we were missing one of the two that we ordered. Not to mention the one that they did deliver was pretty sad looking. Check your orders before they leave! Driver was quickly gone. Had to call the store and waited 30 minutes before driver returned with said pizza. Offered discount for messed up pizza.

Actually, at first.. I walked over just to SMELL the Pizza ! Which made me hungry, but I just got back on KETO. I noticed that they had bone-in Wings, so I ordered 16 wings which was over $21. But I rarely can eat more than 6-8 wings in a sitting, and thought that I would split them into two meals.
Wrong! When I go back to the RV Park, sat down and opened the box… the wings were tiny! Thought maybe the were Pigeon Wings! Needless to say that I plowed right through the entire order.. Because they were TINY. And for the size of these wings, they should have been half the price. Certainly Not more than $1 per wing !!
So, it’s a One-Stop, Wam-Bam.. no thank you Mam for me. Wont’be back, if you get my drift.

There was a little hiccup with our order and Dan was quick to fix it when we called in. The replacement pizza arrived promptly and still fresh from the oven. Thank you for going above and beyond! The food from here has always been great, but now we can really speak to how amazing their customer service is.

This is the second time I’ve had Papa John’s pizza when the dough was not cooked all the way. The pizza was real doughy and squishy. Service was great, nice people and fast, but maybe too fast. I had already left and got home when I realized the pizza wasn’t cooked done so it was too late to go back.

Very, very impressed with this establishment. I have ordered from here several times over the past few months and the quality has always been top notch. I ordered from them today and their quality wasn’t quite up to the usual standards. I called and spoke to the manager and not only did they put my name in their book to receive the same pizza for free on my next visit, but they threw in a free dessert as well. Very impressed with not only the staff, but the management as well.

Matthew thinks it’s funny to screw with people’s orders, so I’ll be making sure everyone knows about his petty behavior. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this location until they can bring in trustworthy employees who have enough decency to handle food preparation appropriately.

Great experience. I called 1 day ahead and requested 12 pizzas for a birthday party. They had them ready to go when I showed up the next day with probably the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I highly reccomend.

So I placed an online order for delivery shortly after 8pm. 9 pm comes and still no pizza, I call and let it ring but no answer. I check my account and yes, papa John’s charged my account and then just didnt deliver. Nice! This is not the 1st issue I’ve had with this location, but it’s going to be the last. Unbelievable! Thank you for stealing from me.
