DON’T ORDER NON-DAIRY “MILK” HERE!! I hadn’t had a standout experience at this location until Christmas night. I went through the drive-thru for a grande hot chocolate with soy milk and a bagel. (I needed to hot chocolate so I could drive around and look at Christmas lights, as one does.) When I tasted the hot chocolate, I noticed it tasted like regular milk, and it didn’t smell right. It wasn’t sweet like soy milk, either. So, I went back to get another one. The kid gave me fresh drink only it was hotter, and I couldn’t taste it at the window. Shockingly, it tasted and smelled like the one I’d just exchanged. So, I figured it was just me and drank it anyway. I found out I should’ve trusted my gut when I was sick the next day because the kid used regular milk. If you’re sensitive to dairy, don’t order drinks from this location. You’ve been warned!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this Starbucks. The service top notch! The atmosphere always comfortable and very clean. And whenever DK and Cooper have made my drinks it comes out amazing. I have been to this location a few times and I think it is easily my favorite location in general! And I lived in WA, the birth state of the Starbucks! My first visit in general (about a week ago) was awesome because Sierra made it so. And ever since think I can’t get enough! It is very easy to study in this Starbucks because the seating is very comfortable and it is not crowded at all, which is the best thing. They treat you like you are more than just another customer, they treat you with humanity. I will easily become a regular. Here are some photos that I took a few visits ago will probably post more. Also, a worker (blanking on their name recommend putting brown sugar and chai in their matcha, best decision ever!) Another reason why I love this place DK makes the best drinks and samples ever!

Bad customer service, was told not to order on app if I’m five minutes away from the store and instead to order at drive thru speaker. Barista said that Starbucks implemented a policy of a 12 minute before ordering on the app (can’t find this information on Starbucks website, I did find a 12 limit on items ordered on the app). Overall I’ll just drive to another Starbucks that is not on the way to get better customer service.
