A woman named Riley (I think) was sooo kind and considerate when helping me. I was hoping to find a nice yummy drink with no caffeine (I know. Starbucks and no caffeine)? But she helped me soo much and gave me some options of things she could do for me and also recommended me an amazing sandwich with no meat!! She was the best and so kind.

My only complaint is they need more zero sugar / sugar free options. I also miss when they use to make smoothie styled drinks. For the most part, everything i tried was very nice.
I feel like the bakery/ food items are too expensive for what you get. I’ve tried a few and I fell in love with items they got rid of, which is a shame, because I would definitely keep buying those if it was available.

I went through drive thru and it was an experience, smooth conversation, I have never had before. It was like having a conversation that knew you. Not the normal give an order, take an order The gentleman on the other end made it feel like a conversation, an experience . He should have his own training dept with Starbucks or start a consulting firm training all drive through staff! It was a pleasure to have stopped there and had that !

When I got to the bottom of my drink I found the seal from the almond milk container. I’ve never had any issues with this Starbucks before. Could have just been super busy, got a little sloppy.

Went to StarBucks with my friend to get my iced chai and was asking about the Pumpkin Chai Coldfoam and Grace was very enthusiastic. She has great customer service and she was extremely nice. Makes me want to go back to just that Starbucks every day even though it’s out of my way just to see Grace. Love her.

The girl asked me if I wanted some sauce with my meal, but didn’t tell me that it would cost extra. Shouldn’t sauces come with the meal? And if they don’t then you should let customers know that adding in sauce will cost extra not just charge them without telling them.

They couldn’t communicate well at all.
Perhaps they were new or short staffed… but the guy only heard every few words, once a separate girl got on and asked what I just said, no idea where she came from or went, he kept muting his mic while helping at the window instead of talking to us, the ones trying to order three foods and two drinks. Three separate times he muted and disappeared.

Ultimately I even got the wrong drink ingredients and size cup..

Until we got to the window we had no idea why he disappeared and came back and asked us to repeat our entire order several times.

I felt Zero respect or customer service perspective from this guy or the people I found see in the window.
A simple “pardon me”, “excuse me a moment” or even a simple “I’m sorry I was helping some one else” was definitely supposed to of happened and the most important part was missing also, a smile.

I’ve never felt less respect at a Starbucks than that day.. Infact this was the only time Starbucks had been this way, I supposed to be fair I’ve only visited Starbucks within Washington,
I was so happy to finally see a Starbucks after 4 Days on a Road trip in the middle of nowhere.
And then was sorely disappointed in the service I received and regretted Desiring or searching for a Starbucks at all.

Avoid this location if your expecting a happy face or to be spoken to like a decent human being.

I’m from the Seattle Tacoma area and this place was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered.
