We had a great experience this morning at this DQ location. There was only 1 cook on staff and he held it down! He waved us down he apologized for the wait and that it would take him a minute but asked how he could help. He gave great service, still had a huge beautiful smile even with a less than ideal situation, and our mozzarella sticks were perfect! Thank you Reggie (name on the receipt), Happy Valentines Day!

Had a older black lady named Deborah take my order she was rude and had the worst attitude the whole time she rushed us while ordering and then keep on looking at me and my friends the whole time we where there making a unwelcoming place. The ice cream was really runny and had pieces of other candy’s mixed in. Don’t think they cleaned the mixers often as I watched them make the ice cream and walk away from the mixer not cleaning in between. Other then that The food was hot and the cook made it fresh he was so sweet and made the food fast. Food definitely better than ice cream. Won’t be back do to the people who take the orders and make the ice cream. Don’t don’t recommend.!!!.

I took my family to have a burger and a blizzard. My burger was absolutely not prepared fresh. I’ve dined at many Dairy Queens and have always loved the way the burgers came neatly prepared with fresh vegetables and stacked ever so gentle with detail. And that’s been my experience until today. Burger buns where smashed flat the meat was cold and vegetables were withered extremely slimy. My wife insisted that I asked him to remake it and I should have. I was just too angry wondering why someone felt that it was okay to present this to their guests.

Everything except the quality of the blizzard was fine, except them telling me that it was right. There was zero crunchee toffee in my caramel toffee cookie dough blizzard. That was extremely disappointing. If you bring back the butterscotch or orange dipped cones, I may come back, but this was probably my last time.

I am so disappointed by this location. I was gifted a door dash order from this location. The order was a Belt Buster combo (double meat w bacon and cheese) however what I received was an atrocity the french fries were cold and soggy. The burger was even worse. The bacon were strips which were used to line the center of the sandwich, the cheese was not melted, and the patty yes I said patty (singular) because instead of double meat it was a single patty which was barely cooked at all and was ice cold. I will say right now these are food handling and quality control issues. I do not blame the dasher first they did not prepare the order and second I watched them online quickly and efficiently pick up and deliver the order. I will not recommend this location to anyone other than to say avoid it. I used to swear by this location, but not anymore

Friendliest employees ever. They’re always so kind and welcoming to us and our kiddos. They’re constantly cleaning and taking out the trash, doing their best with an older restaurant. Food is always hot and fresh. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a young kid and it’s never disappointed.

Ordered the Dr Pepper Patty Melt and it was horrible because it was made with turkey bacon not real bacon like advertised. When I asked the employee if they had real bacon the cook got an attitude and said we don’t serve pork bacon. Will never eat here again.
