Great new location in Grand Junction! The service here is always top notch and super quick. The environment inside is great as well. Coffee has always been good and so have the breakfast items. Convenient location to which is great. Overall this is a great Starbucks and a nice place to grab a quick coffee.

I have been standing inside this coffee shop waiting for an order for over 5 minutes. I have watched a minimum of 3 costumers come in after me and receive their order first. There is not a lot of organization.

My friend actually went in and ordered me a drink. I’m such a difficult person when it comes to my drink. I don’t really like too many things. Drinks were very good. Had the new Carmel Latte. It was great. The lady making our drinks was fantastic. Asked the guy who checked us out and was told Starbucks does not have a military discount. Why does this Starbucks not offer a military discount? I have had it at other Starbucks. I went on line and Starbucks highlights about offering military support and discounts. I almost wanting to ask the gentleman if it was because we were females????

Stopped at this location on my way to palisade one morning and ordered a large drip with cream. Once I got onto the highway I realized they didn’t add cream. Seriously? This had to be the most simple order you offer. Why ask a customer if they want cream in their coffee and then not add it? Seems like this new location needs some help.
