CONSISTENT QUALITY!! This Starbucks is a little out of my way but I LOVE the extra drive bc they do their coffee the best. I’m not sure why bc it’s all standardized but their coffee/espresso isn’t watered down in my drinks (other places I go to -it does happen too often). Also everyone is super friendly ❤️ love coming here

My favorite Starbucks location in Colorado Springs! It’s a little out of the way from me but I still swing by here whenever I can and have the extra time to spare for my daily coffee break ☕️

The staff here are much nicer than some of the other locations and they mess up my order much less frequently than the other places. The drive-thru can get a bit crowded with long lines though depending on when you arrive. Overall, I’d recommend this location!

This Starbucks location is the worst of all Starbucks I have been to across the country and Colorado, as far as atmosphere. You walk in and it’s practically empty. No comfortable lounge chairs or couches, no fireplace, no comfortable table chairs (they are all hard wood seats) and the quantity of seating is minimal. It’s a cold, uninviting coffee shop. The only real function of this coffee shop is to serve coffee via the drive through. I wouldn’t bother visiting this Starbucks other than for an expensive drive through coffee or snack.

Not a frequent visitor of Starbucks and today proved my point. A coffee shop that can’t make a simple black coffee, it was strong bitter and had no flavor. Lucky me that the barista misheard me order a 16 oz and gave me a 20 oz coffee just to get wasted. We were the only ones in line and while ordering it was as if she was just mad we were there, seemed very impatient as we were looking at the menu, it made ordering very stressful and frankly we should have just left since it’s not how we wanted to start our Sunday morning. I ordered the bacon sausage wrap and it didn’t have any sausage. Other baristas were friendly to the people coming in, we were not greeted or thanked in any way, it made us feel awful having chosen this place when there are literally so many other places to get breakfast and coffee at. We will not go back.

Been to many many Starbucks this one is definitely one of my faves because of the friendly staff and the drinks are actually good and CONSISTENT! Slightly disappointed with the lobby meeting area. Doesn’t feel welcoming nor a good area to work remotely. Did something change? It’s a nice atmosphere though 🙂

This store is in need of some serious equality and accountability training. Over the last two years they have gotten my order wrong everytime I ordered. Also during that time I’ve noticed I don’t get the same treatment of the majority of customers that come in there. Only difference I notice is skin tone and accent. Today I tried to find out why it was soo hard to get my custom coffee right. Especially being a former barista I remember the barriers I faced with my former managers encouraging me to skip steaming the creamer in order to be faster. Kind of believe this is might be the issue here. But honestly I feel like my drink is being made wrong on purpose here to discourage me from being a regular customer at what should be my home store. I even asked to give the one person who treated me kindly a compliment face to fac only to be told by the lead that she didn’t fell comfortable letting me talk to that barista who was now in the back. That’s the first time in 20 plus years of being in the food hospitality industry I’ve heard that. Even worst to be on that end of it. This place Especially the team leads and store managers need extra equality training. And Definitely classes on how to give exceptional customer service. I would also recommend training on identifying the right cup and steaming creamer for a coffee as it seems that’s the mark they repeated keep missing over the last 2 years I’ve been going.

The staff was switching shifts when i went in the afternoon so i was helped by both. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful while i was there. My drink was delicious, which encouraged me to pair it with a good item and you can’t go wrong with a warm croissant
