I wanted to place an order for delivery, but although I’m only 8 minutes away, I was immediately told they don’t deliver to St. Paul (story for another day) I ordered a 14″ CYO with extra cheese (which I did not get), extra sausage (which I did not get), onions, mushrooms, peppers, and half pepperoni. $33 ok. When I get there, the pizza is ready & hot, takes me all of 8 minutes to get home. By 5:57 I’m calling because there’s no pepperoni on the pizza (I didn’t even bother to mention there’s no double anything I ordered since I don’t think they changed me). She puts a guy on the phone who proceeds to tell me he knows it was pepperoni on my pizza because he made, I tried explaining we were EATING it and there is NO pepperoni on this pizza. He said something snarky about not putting pepperoni on top of the cheese, to which I replied, now you’re just being a smart ass. Of course you dont. I asked what he was going to do about it, he wanted me to bring the pizza back and he’d make me another at no charge. Whatever happened to the customer always being right? If you would have heard the way he argued with me about that pepperoni… I was appalled at his lack of customer service skills. Not once did he ever apologize. I told him I absolutely was not bringing the pizza back, but that I most assuredly would be leaving a review about my experience. How disappointing. I wonder if these Red’s are franchised? We ordered one a week or so ago from Edina, 1000% different experience and that pizza was Eagan, get your staff together!
Signed,
Disappointed in St. Paul

Cutest little place! This was such a warm, little pizza shop that was pleasant to visit. The food was also really good! Tried the large (14”) pepperoni pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs – super delicious and flavorful. Cut into shareable sized pieces, which was different and fun. Quality matched the price.

I have been a loyal fan of Red Savoy’s pizza since the times I used to make the trek North on Highway 52 to the original Red Savoy’s pizza in St. Paul (now closed).
Thankfully, the Eagan Red Savoy’s is carrying on in the tradition of great Minnesota pizza! Their pizzas are usually lighter on the red sauce, crispy crust, and loaded with toppings. The pizza I ordered online for pick up last night was IMMENSE, and must have weighed 5 lbs, no lie! I also had a coupon for a free order of wings. The wings were just “ok”, not very exceptional in any way. See my photos.
But the pizza was incredible, hot and ready at the time I requested it. Sometimes, I do go a bit crazy with the toppings, which does add up in the overall cost, so be careful with that. The sauerkraut is an awesome and unique topping addition, though! With beer, it’s……. hmmm…. “yummy”. LOL
Access to the Eagan location is easy, and just across the street from the Home Depot in Eagan. Staff is always super friendly and awesome overall. Red’s deserves my 5-star rating!

We went in for a quick bite to eat while in the neighborhood. We had friendly service, everything was good, I especially liked their Chicken Caesar Salad however it was more than enough for one person, I had a couple servings throughout the day! One slice of pizza will also fill you up! It’s about the size of two pieces together. I will order the salad again it was worth it, but I will be sharing it.

Delivery is horrendous. 30 minutes passed what time was told to be. Tracking app says it was delivered. Called and they say 4-5 minutes away. How cold will it be if it ever gets delivered. Yep cold pizza

Got a free pizza for moving to the area, oh my goodness I’ll be back. ‘Sota style, absolutely great. I just picked up, but service was friendly too.

Ordered a large house and bone in chicken wings to go, the pizza was perfect(lots of toppings and their sauce is so good) and wings delicious. Would definitely recommend!

I know it’s about tradition but the canned mushrooms are thick, wattery, flavorless and disgusting. One tradition from the 60s that should die

We love the Savoys in Eagan MN. This visit was made even better than usual because I used their app to add my $15 birthday reward to my order!

The order was accurate; however, the pizza was a little burnt(I saw it at home). But the pizza was great!(Eagan location). I would go again and check the pizza before I left the shop.
