The best Starbucks in Colorado!!! The people working are the nicest and truly seem to love their jobs and the lobby area is so cozy and always clean. I do wish they had more seating because it’s always so busy and sometimes you have to wait for seating but I don’t fault them for that – clearly everyone loves this place like I do.

I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks and generally have good weekday experiences, but the weekend in-store service has been consistently poor and needs attention.
Last weekend my order was lost entirely, and this weekend it took 15 minutes to receive a very basic latte while the café wasn’t particularly busy. The pattern I’m noticing is that in-store customers are being deprioritized in favor of drive-thru orders, which creates long waits and confusion inside.
This feels less like a one-off mistake and more like a training, staffing, or process issue with the weekend crew. Starbucks sets a high bar for consistency, and right now this location is missing it on weekends.
I hope management takes a closer look at how in-store orders are handled during peak times, because this experience isn’t acceptable for regular customers who choose to walk in.

To whom it may concern Comico will speak on this. My experience at this Starbucks location was supremely disappointing they fired one of the “fruity” baristas and said his music was inappropriate. THIS IS HUGELY DISAPPOINTING, until Starbucks brings back woke I will not be spending my hard earned money here.
Service as was also extremely poor since this “fruity” barista carried on bar and DTO. I waited over thirty minutes to get my black coffee and pumpkin loaf.

As others mentioned, in store customer service is non existent. I was the only customer in line with a toddler and the girl at the register was too busy flirting with the guy waiting for his coffee. The rest of the staff were too busy with drive thru orders to help me.

I’ll probably forever been known to this location as the girl who works at the dental office lol. As a team incentive we frequently treat our team to an office coffee run. I’m usually rolling in with a 15–22 drink order (I panic each time I come in with my list…that’s on me… they never let me know they’d like me to take a hike ), and this location *never* misses a beat.
The crew here is seriously amazing. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes after getting my receipt, which is wild considering how many drinks they’re cranking out for me. They’re fast, friendly, and just all-around awesome.
Shoutout to some of my favorites—Emily, Samantha, and Antonia—who always greet me with such good vibes and big smiles. And I have to say, there are a bunch of new faces lately, and every single one of them has been super kind and on point. Lisa, who I always see training, is definitely doing something right with training because I always come back amazed with how quick everyone catches on!

Great experience at this Starbucks. I go here often with the kids or to have business meetings. The staff is always fast and friendly. Seating area is normally clean and typically you can find a place to sit down anytime. Parking lot can be a bit of a pain, but that’s just cause it is a good shopping center

Sat at a table for fifteen minutes before anyone greeted me… Clearly shows poor staffing and payroll that the employees can’t even greet a paying customer!! Great frozen impossible breakfast sandwich though, and the finly frap is to die for! pics of my excellent servers THE BILLS WERE DUE!

This is a larger Starbucks along one of the main crossroads in Highlands Ranch, as such it receives a lot of traffic. The drive-thru line is usually long, as are the lines inside. During the mornings, a lot of people set up camp, so seating comes at a premium. The staff was friendly, but it took over 3 minutes from order to just get a tea, and another two to get a sandwich. The sandwich was hastily put together. Not my favorite, but it could’ve been worse.
