If I’m being honest. I only come here once in awhile. For reason. If they aren’t being rude, they water down the drinks. The can be flavorless. And they can and give judgemental stares if you are there for “too long”. And consistently they’ve not opened at the times they post. Not even leaving announcement. In person for preparation for when they cant open on time or on their site. Legit might not come back. Why waste my money.

If your coming here for the cats DONT bring your young kids! I stopped at the café for a drink and food first and they had very sweet staff and the food was good. My 3 year old and I drove 40 minutes to checkout the cat lounge. When we got there your greeted by the owner and he was nice. When you get inside the cat lounge there was this young teen girl with red hair and her eyes were instantly glued to us. She was extremely braty and unwelcoming. My kid dumped out the cat toys and she immediately came over and started picking them up and I said “Sorry shes just being a toddler” and she rolled her eyes and was huffing and puffing. Then my toddler was playing with a cat with a feather toy and she told us we can only drag the toys on the floor. We were there less than 5 minutes and then she goes and grabs the owner and they both just have their eyes glued on us. It was the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming place in the 10 minites we were there. We are never going back. We’ve been to the Appleton Pawfee shop many times and they have always been so welcoming with us and even engaging with my toddler and letting her participate in giving the cats treats etc.

I can’t own a cat because I live in a rental with a zero pet policy. Or else I would have adopted the kitty that immediately was friendly and affectionate with me. I really appreciate that they have many rules about the cat’s environment for their safety and well-being. No bothering them when they’re sleeping is one example on the list. There were plenty of cats there with varying level of socialness, but apparently they are all available for adoption.
Oh, also, my tuna wrap and chamomile tea were delicious, I enjoyed where I got to sit, and it was the one business I chose to splurge on because they’re veteran owned, and serve tea and tuna wraps (and many other really good entrees, if I hadn’t been craving tuna, I would have had a hard time choosing lol). They were fundraising for a children’s museum in Oshkosh, and I made sure to give them a little bit, and a donation for the upkeep of the kitty room in the back.
Note: You technically are suppose to buy a minimum of $6 of food/beverages to gain free admittance to the cat area. The dude that let me in didn’t check my receipt, so please don’t be awful and please use the honor system! I wish I could have brought that sweet cat home yesterday, just so loving. Also, Cat Tax included

All this time I wished a Cat Cafe was closer to where I lived. Turned out my wish had been granted long ago! You can refuel, refresh, and decompress all in one location while getting work done.
Staff are friendly and courteous. Lexi was very knowledgeable on adopting cats and renting out office facilities. I will definitely be coming back but please don’t tell my cats at home.

Planet Perk is amazing and we are so lucky to have them in Oshkosh. From the delicious coffee and food, to the cozy atmosphere, the banned books / free books library for kids and the work they are doing to find homes for local shelter cats – this business embodies the true meaning of community. Thank you for all of your philanthropic work! Happy to recommend such a marvelous business!

I’m gonna start by saying that they cashier was nice and welcoming. But then I ordered 2 smoothies and a sandwich for $37. Sandwich was alright but the smoothies tasted like water. Literally almost no flavor on both of our smoothies. I’m not too worried about the price, but if you’re gonna charge me over $10 for a smoothie, don’t make it %90 ice.

I came in and ordered a brewed coffee at 4:15pm. They close at 5. Employee said they’re closing soon, they didn’t have brewed, and the closest they would do is Cafe Au lait. So I ordered two cold brews with maple, and she only had enough syrup for one. Still paid full price for two, and she substituted brown syrup for maple. They were good, but it’s not what I wanted, and had to pay more for it.

I absolutely LOVE this café!! The food is always incredibly tasty, as well as many drink options. Service is prompt, genuine, and efficient. The atmosphere has a chill and joyful effect. I haven’t even seen the cats yet, and I know this is a 5 star café! A plus is they play my favorite songs or ones I’m familiar with. 10/10, would recommend everytime your in the area!
