Service is friendly but attention to detail isn’t. Ordered a supreme Detroit, deep dish pizza. Got home the pizza had cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, not a single pepperoni or a piece of sausage on the pizza anywhere. Check your pizza before you leave there. It’s a recurring problem

Second time we’ve ordered stuffed cheesy bread and first order was not really cooked almost raw dough and then tonight …pizza was not cut in pieces all the way through and the stuffed cheesy bread was just plain bread sticks that didn’t even resemble a bread stick and no cheese…. I made a purchase at this store today. My soda was flat and I attempted to return it.
But your worker was extremely rude and refused to let me exchange it. She took my soda and shook It up and stated that it had bubbles. And that she couldn’t do any about it. I stated that that I purchased a flat soda here once before and one of the guys that worked there let me exchange it with no problems. She stated that he shouldn’t have let me do that. I ask her why she had an attitude and she walked off. I asked for the corporate office number and she refused to give it to me. I also had to ask her name several times before she answered me. She said that her name was “BECKY”. I later looked at my receipt and it said BRENDA F. So I’m assuming that she gave me the wrong name.
She was extremely rude for no reason. And she had been very short with me from the beginning of my purchase.
She was very unprofessional.
If I could give a zero star review…I would.

Update 2 years later: yet another restaurant in El Dorado that skews their times to look better by marking orders complete before they are. Walked in as soon as I got a notification it was complete, but stood in the lobby to watch it come out of the oven, finally got my order 4 minutes later. I get that it’s not by much, but why lie? You’re just making your restaurant look lousy and lazy.
Original review: Staff was friendly enough but stumbled hard on getting everything together for my order, forgetting and misplacing items. They didn’t even get the pizzas right. I got two stuffed crusts, when one was supposed to have pepperoni in the crust, so thanks for that flop. Coupled into the fact that my crazy sauce smells and tastes like it has fermented, been mixed with a 40oz, or some type of wine vinaigrette. The reply from the store on that matter was that it was only because the sauce was warm. Yeah, warm from Monday, maybe. Upon smelling that crazy sauce, my mind immediately went to all the other health codes this place could be breaking and feared the rest of my meal for food poisoning. Won’t be returning.

Bad Customer Service: I couldn’t change pizza toppings on my online order, So I called the store to be put on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back for 20 minutes for the phone to be off the hook, I finally get through for the phone to just ring for over a minute with no answer. If someone would have answered I would have canceled my order and took my business elsewhere! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Ordered a pepperoni pizza extra cheese. What we got was a sauce and pepperoni pizza. I have had too many problems with hot and ready being old and cold that’s why I order my pizza so it has to be made fresh and still they can’t get it right. Topper was my husband’s change was $9 and they gave him a handful of change. There was someone waiting so he left. Got home threw out the change thinking the quarters were dollars after all whose going to give you nine dollars in quarter without counting them out to you. They cheated him out of $4 dollars. Wouldn’t recommend.

9/11/2020: I called at 3:47 p.m. & placed my order with Brenda. My order consisted of 1 large extra pepperoni with light sauce, 1 large beef & onion with light sauce, 1 8-pc order of crazy bread, 1 10-pc (was told by Brenda it was 12 pc, later found out it’s 10 not 12 pc) of Italian cheese bread.
She said it will be ready in 10 minutes, that would make it ready about 4:00. So I ran a couple of errands to give a few extra minutes. I arrive a little after 4:00, no one knows where my order is, it wasn’t even in the system. Someone finally asked Brenda, she never started my order. Almost 4:30 now, it finally gets in the over. An hour after I placed my order, the first time, it is finally ready.
The crazy bread was so hard, like they had been out all day. It was like trying to saw a leather shoe in half. Instead of light sauce, there was no sauce, really dry pizza. I can tolerate light sauce, not the over abundance pouring out like they normally make it, so I got light sauce, I expected some…..the worst was the extra tough crazy bread though.
