We love this Starbucks location. The baristas are all so friendly but there is one barista (Jose) who shines so bright! Jose is like a breath of fresh air! Jose is always smiling, has a positive attitude and is always so welcoming! Keep up the great work!

There is usually a bit of a line here but that’s to be expected. I live in Georgetown and work in ATX so most often I get my matcha from an Austin location, today I resubmitted an order that’s in my favorites and “no ice” is one of my modifications. My drink came with ice, I returned it and said I asked for no ice. He told me the matcha has to be made with ice. I needed clarification on what exactly was he saying because I ALWAYS request no ice and receive it with no ice, so I left the line but I called the store and although I know it’s possible he said he can’t make matcha with no ice. Although you can get a hot or cold matcha. But I’m not about to argue about it, just won’t order it from this location anymore and leave a review. Also I have attached a photo of my REGULAR MATCHA ORDER with no ice that I got from an Austin location.

This is my third time ordering from here on DoorDash, and I let it slide the first two times, but it seems like every time I order a venti coffee through delivery, it’s not filled properly the way it is when I go through the drive-thru. Why is there always this much missing from my drink just because it’s a delivery order and I’m not there to ask for it to be filled? I never have this issue in person. Please ensure drinks are served properly for delivery customers as well. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Pumpkin Chai and honestly my day wasn’t going that well, but the guy who helped me completely turned it around with excellent service — super kind and attentive. I didn’t get his name, but he truly deserves a 10/10. When he handed me my drink, he had written “Have a great day” on the cup, and that little detail made all the difference. Truly excellent service that brightened my day!

I hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do, but I just got done going through the drive-thru and it was a disaster. I placed my order and got to the front. I was handed my first drink, and then waited for my second. Eventually the guy comes back over and says, “I’m sorry, did you order something else?” I let him know really politely that yes I did, I was still waiting for my tea. He went back and it seemed like he couldn’t find my ticket anywhere, and he asked what I ordered. That was fine, I figure it’s just probably an off day or he’s new. Then while I was waiting for the tea to be made, I took a sip of my coffee, which turned out to not be my coffee. I super nicely let him know when he came back (and apologized because I’m a people pleaser) and he asked for that order too. Then came back 2 more times to ask what my order was. Finally I tried to hand back the wrong coffee because I didn’t have enough cupholders in my car and didn’t want anything to spill, and he would not take it. Usually that might be nice that they would let me keep the coffee, but I let him know that I couldn’t drink it because it had dairy in it, and I’m allergic. He still would not take the coffee back. This whole time he didn’t apologize for mixing up the orders or even smile. He just started at me like he was high. I think they need more training here.

This place has an unfortunately difficult drive-through because of the way that it’s positioned next to a three-way stop and a one-way exit, they are also very busy, but this is not the fault of the people who work there. We think the people that work there are very nice and they always remember our drink, we really like them, but I feel they should hire maybe just one extra person for peak drivethough times.

Had a mobile order with LIGHT cold foam. When I got my drink the color was so light. It looked like it was full of cream. So I told the guy this didn’t seem like light cold foam. I just wanted a splash and instead of correcting the drink he argued back and forth with me saying that it looks light to him so he didn’t change it and I just left thinking I would take his word for it and just try it not to waste my time. Sure enough it was so weak and full of cream. Not a strong coffee taste. Not what I asked for.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks! My beverages & food items are 100%! Today my order was facilitated by TYLER: he was welcoming & personable! My order was tedious ’cause I wanted to get my “stars” logged on to my SB’s card and also using a gift card and TYLER kept pace perfectly with all the maneuverings! ALSO big applause and praise for the outstanding “bigger-than-life” engaging JOSE who is a super-star multi-tasker!

This is usually my go to starbucks and I’m a frequent customer but as of the last two weeks, I’ve been having issues with my drinks being made incorrectly and I finally decided to say something today because I just wasn’t satisfied. I got a pink drink and the cup came full of ice, no joke filled to the rim with ice for my 5 year old. I gave it to him and he took about three sips then the whole drink was gone, not even out of the starbucks parking lot lol so I explained my issue politely and asked if they could remake it with light ice and the lady went back-and-forth with me on it being my fault for not ordering it light ice and that she would not correct the drink due to it being finished. I thought it was mandatory that Starbucks fix a drink if it’s incorrect or had that type of issue, I’ve never asked for a remake before and have never complained before so I was pretty frustrated after this interaction because it seems the barista wasn’t understanding and it was a back and forth unresolved.
