Ordered 2 large frozen coffee The came out just a bit off white in color. I remembered that last time we went here they may have forgot to put the coffee syrup in our drinks . They responded as if I had dared question them previously and being in a hurry we left
Once again, it looks as if we will be stopping a bit later at a different Dunkin for a proper frozen. Wish I had recalled that before we ordered ! This time we didn’t bother to complain to the crew as I believe it’s the same as our last visit here

disgusting. i had to go back because they forgot my sweet tea and i also ordered 2 orders of bagel minis and they gave me hashbrowns with burnt bacons bits on top? they still charged me for the bagel minis too. the coffee i got too tasted absolutely disgusting. pure coffee grounds.

I ordered a dozen donuts on the app … 2 hours later I showed up to pick up and they threw them away? But that’s all right it gave me the opportunity to see the multiple quantity of gnats flying inside the donut display case… some serious problems here. I won’t be back until they’ve cleaned up the insect infestation.

We ordered an unsweetened ice tea and it tasted like tea with rotten eggs. It was the grossest things I’ve ever tasted. It was rancid. The cashier said that it was just the ice tea, and I told them that’s not ok. You all in corporate need to send someone to clean the lines & use filtered water. Gross.

Came in at 7am for my Morning coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Instead I got a dry piece of bread with a dab of cream cheese. I mean it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to spread some cream cheese on a bagel!! I had to turn around and come back just to have the manager be rude like I was bothering her. I mean ain’t I the paying customer?? Why am I getting an attitude?? Why not teach your employees to spread cream cheese on a bagel properly cause what I received was a damn JOKE! Do better!

I find it upsetting that I ask for very little ice or zero ice and I am given a cup that looks like someone have been already drinking out of it… I don’t understand how Dunkin allows this type of amounts to leave to their customers, I even requested a large size because I am looking for more coffee and less ice… why can’t you allow your employees to top off the cup and do what’s right for the customers request? I was given this cup and that was all I could do.

Well the only thing this Dunkin got right on my order was my coffee. Coffee was beautifully made. However, I also ordered their sausage, egg and cheese Croissant sandwich. Came burnt on one side as you can see in the photo and I also ordered hashbrowns which came cold. I am very sad that it came this way.

Hands down worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, and this Dunkin is very modern. Sunday morning 10ish, and it fairly busy. Why would all the donuts I order be stale? Every donut we tasted and we order 12, were at least a day old and probably older. We actually through them out and drove 20 minutes to Crispy Cream. Trust me when I say, save your money, it’s not worth it! There’s a reason this place has a horrible rating!

The morning crew is definitely more on their game than the afternoon. I come here everyday and order the same thing, but today surprised me as I have noticed that the afternoon crew is a little inconsistent. I paid $7.38 for an ice latte which includes an extra shot of espresso, should be three total. Today I had to ask for another shot on the side to then have to pay another $2. More than $9 for a drink that doesn’t even contain alcohol and made incorrectly is pretty steep
