This one has the best chicken exclusively in the city. The food is always fresh unlike other Popeyes in the city. I literally dei e 15 mile pass 3 other Popeyes to get to this one. They never disappoint and the staff is always so friendly.

Popeyes is my favorite place for Chicken. But today I was let down. Customer service was really friendly on my visit. I ordered the $10 box to try it (usually I get the #8). But the chicken didn’t taste spicy, it had been sitting because every piece was cold. And from the pictures some of the pieces (picture 2), shouldn’t have been served. The tenders were very very hard. Two of my pieces were as thin as a potato chip. Fries were warm. My most enjoyable part about the meal were the biscuits (which I don’t usually partake in). But I was still hungry and unsatisfied. So I ate them to fill me up.

Had ordered an 8pc Hushpuppy dinner deal. I think they only offer it seasonally during summer. They should just keep it on the menu. It’s a good meal combo with cajun fries. Good as expected. Only had to wait a bit, they were backed up on orders.

The people who work there are horrible and disrespectful like they don’t want to work there. I came inside to pick up my mobile order. Wanted to order some fries and they had a promotion on the app for a free biscuit. I left and the lady working the front forgot to give me my biscuit i called to complain how they forgot my biscuit. The lady she said she was manager said that when i come next time they will give it to me. I ordered my son that day some chicken sandwiches online went and picked it up in the drive thru. Saw the same lady who was working the front with a bad attitude told her and she went and got it gave it to me. And i was like hey you were the one who forgot it and she said with and attitude well there u have it. And i called again to complain to management about her stanky attitude and then the manager decided to tell me over the phone that they supposedly looked at the cameras and decided to switch up and said the lady put it in there which is a total lie because i did not receive my biscuit and decide to argue with me. First time and only time i will order from here people there are rude and have bad customer service and blame the customer for them forgetting. Not giving them my money ever again.Receipt said her name is Keiry. She has a very bad attitude and looks like she don’t want to be there
