This is probably one of the best Starbucks cafes in SA right now. First impression is the atmosphere with good music and soft sofa decor center of cafe. Many tables and spacious seats. The customer service was excellent. Big shout out to the manager and Emilio for helping with drinks and gift order. Check out the cool tumbler and unique cup. Highly recommended by customer and visitor alike. Come by and check out yourself.

I would give a zero BUT this is the only way I could write a review. This morning, day of bear cup launch I was there when doors open The manager Haley said there were no more. She said the employees purchased the cups bc they are allowed as it is one of the perks of being a employee. There was a few of us in line for a while. If employees are going to be customers they should have been in line as well. This is wrong in many levels. The manager was also very rude about the situation. Starbucks why sell limited cups if your employees are going to buy them?

I work right down the road and needed a mid-morning pick me up. I had already put in my mobile order thinking I would be in and out and able to make my meeting in the next 15 minutes. When I arrived, their drive-thru was EXTREMELY busy (not unusual for a cold winter day). So I called the store to let them know I would have to be back for my order in 30min-1Hr. They were totally fine with it. To my surprise when I returned my drinks and food were piping hot. Long story short, they deliver GREAT service and are very accommodating. Thank you for making my day an even better one!
