This Lake Worth, TX has terrible customer service
I go to this place every once in a while with my wife for morning coffee, and we sit in the store and drink while we eat a donut from a neighboring buisness.
This morning I noticed that they were offering the refill program. (Picture attached) they have a sticker that clearly states the following:

“Enjoy your handcrafted or brewed drink in our café and receive a free refill of hot or iced brewed coffee or tea.

Free refills of hot and iced brewed coffee and tea during same store visit. Excludes Cold Brew. Nitro Cold Brew. Iced Tea Lemonade, and flavoured Iced Tea and Starbucks Refreshers base. At participating stores.”

When my wife and I finished our food and I had finished my Venti latte, with 3 shots. I went and asked about the refill that the sticker on the table was offering for my hand crafted drink.

I was told to speak with the man at the register. This man with his disheveled hair and nose piercing, asked me what black coffee I wanted?
To which I replied, “I would like a refill of what I purchased as indicated by the sticker on my cup, please .” And he replied that the refills don’t work that way.
I explained that the sticker on the table says hand crafted drinks, and clearly lists exclusions, and that my drink is not on the excluded list.
He said that I was wrong, and that I doesn’t work that way.

I told him that I have done this in the past at other stores and the sticker on the table clearly states hand crafted drink refills.
He continued to tell me that I was wrong, and when I asked him to come and show me where the sticker says that hand crafted drinks were not included, he refused, and told me that I was wrong and that the program did not work that way and refused to follow me to the stickers on multiple tables.

I told him that I no longer wanted anything from this restaurant and that he should read the rules of what his company offers.
I set my cup down on the counter and left before getting upset.

I will not be returning to this facility, and the owners of this store or corporate should retrain their staff, or management / owners to read, their own policies.
We paid $17.24 for 2 coffees including tip.

I will never tip any starbucks again, and never return here.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this Starbucks location was very disappointing in quality and service. First of all, I understand my drink order is a bit complicated, so I’m typically very lenient if it’s not made perfect. Both of my drinks were made with light ice, but one was full to the top while the other was only half way full, so right there it wasn’t adding up. When I asked Mariah , the lady who made the drink (I apologize if I misspelled), why it wasn’t full, she cut me off before I could finish and said “we don’t do that here, bye,” and she walked away before I could finish. I mentioned that the other location that we had been to, they made both drinks correctly and filled to the top. However, she was very rude and did not uphold the quality of service that I and others have received at other locations. Like I said previously, I am not one to write bad reviews, but the service and quality of our drinks was extremely disappointing for the money that we paid for them.

Because Chase is near by, i went to this starbucks for snacks and drinks 3 times in the same week but yestetday i went for a glass of water but the same low minded girl with attitude, told me i have to buy something, thing that I was about to order when when I finish in Chase, but after this I will no go back

I’ve been ordered pink drink so many time and never have issue, but today they made the pink drink so bad, I can’t taste any strawberry but just milk 🙁 very disappointed. Service is good tho.

Just to say this location has very bad customer service very rude when asking about trying new drinks we always feel rushed and when drinks are made incorrectly and let them know they get very upset about it but it’s our money paying there paychecks hello someone needs to do something mandatory management changing here.

A lonely bastion of civilization in the hinterlands. 😉 I had to drive to Lake Worth for my COVID vaccinations. It’s a long drive from my home on the east side of Dallas. I was very excited to find a Starbucks to satisfy my caffeine and breakfast needs. It’s a great location, easily seen and accessible from Lake Worth Blvd. It is a cute little store with a convenient drive through and a small patio. It was clean inside with a friendly staff and as always the breakfast sandwiches, egg bites and coffee ☕ were great.

I ordered two iced oatmilk matcha with strawberry cold foam and these were so perfect. It’s hard to make you have to get the matcha powder mixed right and enough strawberry to really make the cold foam pop! They did it so perfect! We even mobile ordered!!! Made my day I had to call the store and give them some love and do a review!!!! Cause these were so good!!!! Like seriously the matcha was blended so good! Perfect amount of strawberry cold foam…..matcha energy blast today! Our dog licked the cup and was also very happy!

Myra and Jessica are fantastic! The entire staff is kind and welcoming to everyone. Even with a busy drive-thru and a full lobby, they work incredibly fast and keep things moving. The place is always clean, and my experience here is consistently great every time I visit.
