This place is great there’s always a long line here and they always take their sweet time despite all the advances and food processing technology. I would assume they’re just lazy, and why should they put any effort they’re getting paid minimum. At least I imagine that’s what they think. Regardless I’ve gone here multiple times and they’ve either messed up my order or the more common issue they pack your food blindfolded. It’s awesome to get home to find your Mexican pizza smashed and cut all wrong. I’ve made multiple complaints in the past despite my better judgment telling me not to be a Karen but I’ve had enough so much that I felt necessary to write this review. If the manager or owner is viewing this please shape your staff up. I don’t appreciate getting treated like crap simply because the staff don’t like what they’re getting paid or whatever stupid reason they might find it okay to toss my food however they like. Be better.

First off i went to the drive thru on my ebike and they said no car no service, so then when we came inside when we ordered the total was 4.67 and so we started staying the 67 meme but our fun was ruined by the employee who rudely told us to not. Then after we had placed our orders the employees were making fun of our names in the back. And the table was unusually sticky

If I could give the service a 0 star I so would. Between the time that I ordered my order and that I was inside the place. It took an hour for my order to be ready. They said they couldn’t find my order and possibly lost. Then another guy came and looked and he found it. I waited so long after people that just ordered when I was there and they got theirs so fast. Workers are so unexperienced. Nobody was getting help at all at the front counter as well. Had 2 other people left because it was taking forever. A customer in front of me received a dirty cup and I was like wow. These place sucks and these workers need to be trained because it seems like they trained themselves.

Went through the drive through today. Best experience I think I’ve ever had at fast food. I stopped in for lunch and was greeted by an older woman with sticker tattos on her arms. She was so delightful like she actually loved her job. Fast, friendly and brightened my day

Couldn’t get an employee to help me then watched every drive thru car since I got there and then some get helped before the order I was picking up even got started. Over all the staff was super unhelpful and not very understanding. Other people picking up didn’t get their order and other drivers are saying they been here over 30 minutes and there order didnt even get started yet.

Service is sub par here what is usually expected at any fast food place, too quick and they may mess up your order. Food is up to par with any standard chain. Ordered the new street chalupa and this picture below shows how much they put in one of the chalupas. Overall it’s taco bell, so don’t expect much.

Trash even for fast food. Sent me cold, NOT COOKED, steak quesadilla wraps, unmelted cheese. Put in a complain for the trash 40 dollar order and I got an auto reply 5 dollar credit. Stay away.

Waste of money. Rude staff. Food was very burnt surprised they even served it, the empty quesadilla for 10$ burnt to a crisp. Should have went somewhere elsewhere. I hope the kitchen romance works out for those kids though!

When I say FIRE and HOT sauce that’s what I wanted in my bag. Today was the third time they put MILD in my bag and NO NAPKINS! Finally called the manager again. I speak clearly and I told the manager if they have a problem hearing what the customer says to repeat the order to make sure and they also have the screen. I’ve also gotten tacos with hardly any meat in them . I requested a breakfast burrito but evidently they don’t have them anymore. I go here because it’s convenient and close to my house but I’m not sure I’m going to frequent this Taco Bell anymore. I’ll go over and pay more money at Filibertos across the street. I’ve never had issues with my order there.
