Food was okay, huge portions, which is nice for sharing dishes.
I had sopa de mani (it was pretty good, huge! Good meat portion in the soup and not watered down like other places)
Planchita- t bone with yuca, fries, hot dogs, sautéed onions & tomatoes, plantains & 2 fried eggs. (thought it’d be chorizo but it’s 2 grilled hot dogs)
Silpancho- it was okay, the silpancho was a bit soggy but the taste was fine.

This is a very small restaurant with six tables. They bake their own bread items filled with cheese. The menu includes your typical Bolivian food. The lomo saltado had pretty good flavor and presentation But the french fries were undercooked and the steak meat in the lomo saltado was overdone and a little tough. It was still a tasty plate. I would come back and get it again. The churrasco argentino comes out in a hot skillet and served with rice, french fries, chopped onions and tomatoes. The flavor of the steak was pretty decent. Picante de lengua tasted a little gamey and lacked flavor compared to others I have had at other restaurants. They also did not have a lot of menu items and they said that it was because it was later in the day but it was literally dinner time at 6:00 p.m. their menu is pretty big, but they do not have all their items pre-made especially the stews.
We will be back to try more menu items, this restaurants seems pretty promising.

I drove 2 hours to eat my favorite dish here. The Chajchu (pictured) was on point. Worth my drive.. I recommend it to anyone. They have all sorts of food and a bakery showcasing the Bolivian flavor with the mix of their spices. Gracias

I am so happy there is authentic Bolivia food in Fairfax! This place is super nice and I loved the aesthetics. The food did not disappoint. It is worth every dollar! We got sandwiches de trancapecho which is basically a Silpancho in a sandwich form – so good!!!

The food here doesn’t capture the true essence of Bolivia. The Trancapecho was small and the meat was sliced thin/split, which took away from the dish. Adding mayonnaise felt off, and the overall seasoning lacked that traditional Bolivian taste. I’ve had much better experiences at other Bolivian spots.

The food here is delicious, their salteñas are baked fresh and are perfect for breakfast. Definitely recommend the api con pastel! We were served by Berta who is such a delight and took very good care of us. Highly recommend this place!
