I’m done going to this location. The last three visits in a row I have ordered a white mocha and received what tastes like boiling coffee with no sweetener in it in a latte cup. I’m tired of paying $8 for boiling hot 50 cent coffee in a cup. I’m tired of complaining and getting we’re sorry. It’s $8 lattes and your pouring 50 cent coffee into a cup and screwing me over. I’m tired of it, your baristas deserve to work at Taco Bell.

Wife loves the Pumpkin spice latte….they take real good care of their employees. They are helping my Daughter In law complete college. Like I used to bash Starbucks but because of how they have taken care of my Daughter inlaw I have done a 180. I get a white chocolate mocha… still hate how the says their sizes though…like if a say large… just give me a large don’t correct me on what you call it….

This Starbucks is the closest to my house, so I go here a few times a month. It is conveniently located off Main Street in Farmington. The staff is always really nice and the service is relatively fast. The only issue I have is that they have a lot of upcharges on drinks that I am not always told about. Also the new lavender drink, was white, not lavender (although it tasted good) and when I asked about it in the drive thru she just told me thar is how it looks (not true- compared to other locations). Anyway, I learned not to get any specialty drinks here, but they are good for the tried and true menu. They also stay open right until close, which is nice that they don’t close down the drive thru early! Inside is nice and open too, with a comfortable, bright layout.

I am very disappointed with not only the lack of customer service in the drive thru this morning, but my Carmel macchiato did not taste right. I go to Starbucks almost every morning and most of my purchases are at this specific location. The person taking orders needs to learn not to interrupt a person when they are placing their order and use a more customer friendly attitude when talking to customers. I get we all have bad days, but I felt like I was getting my head chewed off for ordering. Normally the drinks at this location taste way better than any other Starbucks but today something was off!

Mac was absolutely INCREDIBLE. so kind! It was early when I went and he still was happy and bubbly!! He gave me a pep talk while I waited on my items I would 100% come back just because of him!! Thank you Mac for being so kind it’s very rare in today’s world you find that!

They refuse to make the drinks to the standard of other locations and routinely short cut steps and ingredients in making your drink. I’ve already talked with the store manager twice and after years this store is just getting worse. I give up on the Starbucks brand all together, final straw. When you debuted a $8 latte people called you crazy but we stuck by you, now that you’ve made the $8 latte taste like watered down unsweetened break shop coffee it feels like a stab in the back. I should have stopped when your baristas started requesting tips for standing in the window. White mocha, no sweetener in it, waited 20 minutes behind a car that got one drink and my food was cooked when I ordered so I got a cold ham sandwich. This is the norm for this location now.

As someone who visits Starbucks nearly every morning—and travels frequently, visiting locations across the country—I’ve always appreciated the consistency and high standards the brand is known for. Unfortunately, this particular location has steadily declined in both quality and customer service, especially in the drive-through.
This morning, I ordered my usual matcha, but the cup was overwhelmingly filled with sweet cream foam, leaving very little actual drink. When I politely pointed this out at the window, I was told it had just “settled”—despite the fact that I had just picked it up minutes after being told it was still being prepared. It felt dismissive and unhelpful.
When I expressed that the drink wasn’t right and that calling the store later didn’t resolve the issue of having my order corrected now, I was met with a lack of empathy and no solution.
I strongly recommend this location take a step back and reevaluate its approach to customer service. Starbucks is known for going above and beyond to make things right, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard.

I came here twice in the same day to get a white chocolate mocha, with heavy cream, Java chips, with 1 pump of caramel & brown sugar, with whip cream & caramel drizzle. Absolutely delicious I’ve gone to other Starbucks before that did not make this drink very well. But this location & the barista did a great job both times!! I had to come back a second time. Very kind barista name Keri (don’t know if I spelled his name correctly). But this man did a great job & got my drink out quickly! If I ever come through this area again. Definitely coming back

Gracie at Starbucks Farmington has quickly become one of the only nice things to come of a Monday morning. Absolutely nothing appeals about leaving the house to go to work, but the moment I drive through Starbucks, Gracie greets me with the most enthusiasm. She always remembers my order, and it feels like visiting an old time friend. I love the Starbucks, and I love the staff here.
