Attending an OAME event, these delicious variety of treats were available and disappeared shortly after they were placed on the table. I sampled one and quickly realized why!! So delicious! This is why I will be visiting Caiman Cafe! Looking forward to trying the Cuban sandwich.

I haven’t found a delicious Cuban sandwich since I lived in Florida. Excellent atmosphere and yummy food. Great staff. Lots I want to try on the menu.

Really good food. Realized after my order didn’t receive the plantain ordered. But overall food is dope and delicious.

Caiman Cafe is a wonderful spot to find downtown when you want something cozy, locally owned, and delicious.

Cozy small place. The food is well seasoned. It was only one person cooking, getting orders, and waiting tables, so we spend a little more time than expected, lost an star for that

I get my lunch here like every other day and I’m never disappointed. It’s always freshly made, the owner of the restaurant is so welcoming, and the food is so comforting and delicious!! Seriously my favorite stop for something quick and fresh, and the service is always impeccable! Show some love to this small business, you won’t regret it!! ☺️

I work downtown but usually bring my lunch. I was very excited to try the Caiman Cafe when I saw they have tacos… When I walked in, the sign indicated no tacos and out of a few other items. With no time to find alternative lunch, I settled on a burrito. I expected lots of bold flavor but found white rice and bland beans. Service was great but I don’t think I would return for the food

Nice fresh small restaurant, has restrooms in back for customers only. The set up is nice cute. Seat for tables our four or stool’s I personally like the stools by the window. You can watch the city people walk through as you eat I ate my lunch inside. The wait was a bit yet worth it. They serve refreshments, soda, water, juice, beer. Menu is not long that’s good.
