Stopped by the Starbucks in Hot Springs, AR, and overall had a good experience. I got an iced coffee, and it was great — smooth, cold, and made just right. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot to hang out for a bit.
One weird thing happened, though. A homeless man who had been sitting in the lobby before and after the incident came up and grabbed my coffee right from the counter. The barista handled it really well — they were quick, professional, and immediately remade my drink without any hassle. I appreciated how calmly they dealt with it.
That said, I do think the store should be a little stricter about asking people to leave if they’re causing problems. It would make things more comfortable for customers.
Other than that, everything was solid. The service was friendly, the drink was great, and I’d definitely come back. Hopefully next time it’s a little less eventful. I left the review at 5 stars because of how it was handled.

Customer service was fast and efficient! Julia took our order and was super nice. They were super busy this morning but our barista Shae was efficient and made our drinks correctly too! Shout out to all the hard working baristas this holiday season!

This was the first time for me to visit Starbucks in a good while. (when we went to order, I remembered “why” $$$)
Back to my review. My friend and I spent the better half of 4 to 5 hours sitting inside the coffee bar laughing, drinking coffee and catching up. The place was clean, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was kind and courteous.
I will add that once we sat our mind on coffee, we had a heck of a time locating an actual coffee bar that offered seating here in Hot Springs.

Every single time I go it is always something.I go literally everyday and get the same thing.. it’s either really milky, way too much ice, barely any cold foam. I always have to order extra of something. Here’s a picture of todays. 10$ as always, and a drop of cold foam .

This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to and trust me I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks all over the US!!! The ladies at the counter welcome all who enter and say good bye to all who leave! They are genuinely happy to be at work!!! Their lovely smiles say it all!!!
I am just blown away with the atmosphere in here! I would definitely tell Starbucks head quarters that they need to come to this facility to see how it’s should be operated all over the US because as Starbucks drinkers know there are very unhappy Starbucks stores out there!!
