I’m not usually a huge fan of Starbucks, but this is 100% the best one I’ve ever been to. Shoutout to Michael (kid with brown hair and glasses), I hope he wins the powerball. Very funny guy, also gave me a great recommendation when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. They seemed to be in the middle of a rush but the staff was still doing an amazing job. 100/10, it’s a longer drive than the Starbucks near my house but I’d still take it over any of the other Starbucks in Overland Park lol

LOVE the team this Starbucks has staffed! Ray and the morning crew are always polite in the morning despite being slammed with orders. Whenever I stop in the afternoon- the drive through service is always very sweet and caring, getting and taking orders as quickly as they can while still maintaining sincerity for each customer.

Monica & Teresa are so sweet!!!!! We came at about 9 and it was empty. They were closing in 30 minutes and we had lots of questions. They let us try lots of drinks off the menu and let us take home some of the snacks that were going out that night. They had so much energy and were so fun to have almost been closed, and their warm hearts will bring us back! ❣️

I was having a normal conversation with a female worker today, as I proceeded to leave the establishment another (male) coworker for no reason started mocking me and talking bad about me to the girl I was speaking too. Unprofessional at its finest. He continued to have an attitude when I asked him what his problem was and started threatening to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave the store, even when I had done nothing wrong. Horrible staff. Can’t make the drinks right I pay for extra Carmel drizzle every time and never get extra Carmel drizzle. Workers need more training that’s for sure.

My Starbucks runs are sporadic because I simply just can’t afford to go daily. During the middle of the night, I knew I was getting Starbucks today. Remember up top I said “I can’t afford it?” If I’m paying for this drink, I at least want a full copy and a CLEAN lid. Glad I looked at it. I’m not putting my lips on this. But lids are important too. Please do better.
