Will never order ice cream cake again. Clearly stated that I wanted 1/2 chocolate ice cream and half vanilla. I ordered one in March that had a thin ¼” layer of chocolate ice cream. This one is EVEN WORSE! what a waste of 40 bucks. May as well remove the chocolate ice cream from all your cake photos.

The employees are always very friendly. On my latest visit, my wife & I stopped for a late night blizzard & we decided to get a cake for our son’s upcoming birthday. The manager was very nice & also gave us a free Valentine’s cake. It was a fun surprise & we were grateful for the gift.

More often than not they will get something of your order wrong. Most will correct the mistake but a few employees there will argue with you and ask you to prove that the order is incorrect. Very unprofessional even for a teenager. Have not been impressed lately and I’ve been going to this DQ since early 2000s

This location has no idea how to make a blizzard. Blizzards are supposed to be thick, with pieces of the mix ins throughout. Instead, twice now, I have gotten blizzards that are completely blended up, no pieces of candy or cookie in it, and it is so thin that it is melting by the time get it. I called to issue a complaint and was gas lit about “that is how they receive the mix ins” which I know is untrue because I regularly go to other dairy Queen locations and have never had a soupy thin basically 1 flavor ice cream until this location. Go to McDonald’s for a McFlurry.

Black Friday I was not sure if they were open normal hours or not so I called and got told they were open normal hours till 10pm. I drove 25 min and arrived at 9:06pm for them to tell me that they were closed and they couldn’t help me. When I expressed that I called to verify before driving they said it was slow so they closed early.

Treats are great. Drive through and parking area are accidents waiting to happen and there is evidence they have. Finding the access to the drive-thru is difficult in the first place and then once you find it, it’s difficult to enter.
Because of the poor design of the building and parking lot, once you’re in the Drive-Thru line you have to be very careful not to hit somebody who purchased something in the store and is returning to their car. It’s just a mess I cannot find the correct words to describe.
It’s worth the drive just to go see how poorly this is set up!

One of the few places to dine in NYA. Recommend going during the off hours as it does get quite busy and not much seating. Chicken sandwiches always good. Blizzards and ice cream cakes are great.
