The parking at this Starbucks location is very limited and tight, but the staff is amazing! They are friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. I really enjoyed having my coffee in a mug again instead of the usual paper to-go cup. It was a great place to study before my exam. The other customers were friendly as well, so it seems like a nice neighborhood.

Really disappointed to find myself blocked in by the 18 wheeler making a delivery at 9PM without getting any kind of heads up. Not great when I need to get out to pick up my kid from soccer. Make sure your drivers park someplace where they don’t block people in. You can do better

If you don’t order via mobile app, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order. And don’t be surprised if they forget one or two items on your order. This Starbucks is far too busy and anyone walking in is put to the back of the list continually, never getting their order. Go any here else or mobile order and you will have your drink in less than 2 minutes!

I order the same drink and it comes out so different every single time. I really wish they were more consistent. Every time I come in the workers seem short and annoyed with me which kinda sucks because I only go when Im having a good day.

I always love this Starbucks location but something about my drink today is not making me feel good.

There is this weird film on my cup and lid with my dragon fruit refresher with lemonade. It doesn’t look like pulp at all, looks more like something wasn’t cleaned properly or they aren’t checking the expiration dates on something. It just doesn’t look right at all…and I know that because it’s my favorite drink to get. It also upset my stomach as well so I stopped drinking it.

Im disappointed due to the quality of my $6 venti drink. It’s frustrating to buy it then pour it out due to it tasting awful. It’s literally two ingredients and yet it looks like this? I’m no means a Karen, but I go to Starbucks to enjoy my drink…which I can’t today.

Just went this morning around 625 and whoever the lady is that looks like Miss Trunchbull from Matilda is very rude. Please do not act like someone is inconveniencing you because their card does not have a chip reader. Please do not Act like someone is inconveniencing you because they asked for a stopper in their drink because you did not give them one. Her face said it all I will not be returning here because the customer service is terrible and I’m sure she’s the manager. please treat all races equally not because of someone’s skin color does not mean you should be rude

Great location. It was a nice spot to meet up and just chill. Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was really nice. My caramel latte was really good. I will have to try something else next time because I saw some other drinks that sounded good. Definitely recommend this location.

This is the first time I’ve seen how they clean windows at Starbucks! True, it was bad, with stains and the smell of liquid hit the nose. In addition, everything was broken (I wonder how many days?) Chairs, toilet (there was a queue). Dirt on the floor. There are no complaints about drinks.

I am visiting from out of town and always go to this store because of the staff. Today was not my day because I met Trinity, the shift manager. I have been a Starbucks loyalist for years because you can get what you want the way you want it but not today ( this was my 4th visit during my stay). I can’t have lactose so I have to bring my lactose free milk. All I wanted was 4 shots in a trenta cold cup. Trinity informed me that using this cup was against company policy and it had to go into a venti cup. I explained that this was my 4th visit to this store and if was never an issue at any Starbucks in the United States.
First Trinity informed me that she had worked this last couple of days and this would have never happened, then the trenta cup doesn’t fit with the expresso machine, then she was the store manager-

she is a shift manager, eventually we came to a stand off. I left irritated and luckily I had yesterday’s cup with the sticker still on it. She refused to come back to the front. I am in the service industry and it’s a cup and wasn’t worth her treating a customer this way.
