When they say “freaky fast,” they really mean it! Lol! Every time I’ve ordered from this location, whether in-store or online, the service has always been outstanding. Whether I place my order (in-store) or when I arrive to pick it up, the staff is always warm and friendly. The ingredients are fresh, and the store is spotless!

Giving a 2 star review. It would have been 5 stars but they spammed me while I was eating by interrupting me to request a Google review. I had my headphones in, I was intently zoned out watching a video and an employee came over to hand me some kind of card (which turned out to be a card with a qr code to review them on Google. Note the qr code didn’t work for me.) It was confusing and I had to stop my video, take my headphones out, all just to hear them ask me to give them a Google review. I get spammed in email, in podcasts, deluged with ads with my video, and now I can’t even eat in peace. The food is awesome but they should respect the customer experience more.

The sign for a combo advertised $12.99 but I was charged $14.99 as the “new” price. Nobody in the store offered even an apology. The only response was “they haven’t changed the sign”. Completely in acceptable. Last time for jimmy johns

We were completely ignored by the person at the register. She was playing with her phone then was tapping on the register screen. She never acknowledged us or said a word. We waited a few minutes, then walked out. We will not be coming back.

I order weekly meals for Roswell High School’s Softball Team. Jabar has made the process so easy for us! Everyone I have dealt with, especially Sheena, are so polite and easy to work with each time!! And the girls love their meals!! This is a great addition to our area!! THANK YOU!!

Excellent service and incredible experience with the food. This is a new location and has really stepped up to the plate (no pun intended). The staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is super clean and inviting. It’s a great place to come with your family, or with coworker to grab lunch…or just to grab lunch and sit with your laptop if you work from home. I hope to be a regular at this Jimmy John’s.

I came in on a busy saturday and I just wanna say the staff there is doing amazing. While waiting for my food some of the other people waiting were being rude to the employee about the longer wait time. While the wait was long they made sure communicate what was causing the delay and even when someone pulled out their phone to record them they didnt let that get to them. The staff is great!
