I ordered 2 white chocolate mocha grande and other things. I paid almost $30. The staff was nice and everything was quick. Unfortunately, when I drove off I realized my coffee was not what I ordered it was strange chocolate, no coffee at all, my husband got the same. We could not come back because we had an appointment and I didn’t want to be late. Check everything before you leave the window.

☕️This is by far my favorite Starbucks and I genuinely look forward to seeing everyone there every day. It’s my local favorite place and part of my daily routine. Jack, the manager, is the best and creates a really welcoming, efficient, friendly environment and is very knowledgeable and helpful. The sweetest staff and they often have my drink ready before I even walk in. Highly recommend! ☕️

I have to update my last review because recently I have had such awesome experiences at this Starbucks! My favorite drink is a lavender latte. I only splurge and get one maybe once or twice a month along with a cinnamon coffee cake. I adore them, but it’s easy to overdo it. Lately, the people who have been working there have been exceptionally pleasant. The two guys who helped me last week at the drive-through were so nice! They were fast and had all the orders all lined up and ready to go. It was very busy at that time. And they were super nice and made a big fuss about how cute my dogs were and asked their names and everything. Just really nice.

Store is always SO SLOW. I order my mobile 10-15 minutes early and still end up waiting every. time. Since they went Union (and good for them! No issues with that!) there is NO urgency when you go in there. They’re just there taking their time.
I will say, the baristas are always very nice and courteous. The drinks usually taste as they should. Never had a problem with a person there… but the service is abysmal (by the Starbucks fast service standard).

When you order a venti drink with ice and are given the lowest size and mention it and then lady behind counter just gets venti cup and fills with ice and just pours the same cup in it. Like are you serious, just cause you poured the contents in the cup doesnt make the content a venti. Smh
