I walked in to pick up a DoorDash, which I had just picked up an order not even 15 minutes before and there were like 3 other girls that recognized me as I was just there, the order was on the counter so I took my picture like I’m supposed to and an older lady stopped me and said ‘I need to look at your phone because we’ve had people steal before ‘. Um….if I’m gonna steal, it’s not gonna be coffee for one, and my money is more important than your precious coffee. I don’t know if she just being cautious, but I was highly offended and will definitely not be spending my money at this store.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the area. They are so unfriendly. The lady that was working the drive thru this morning didn’t even say hello nothing. She didn’t even tell me the total when I paid. Zero interaction. For the food is was already my sandwich was a tad burnt and my coffee could have been hotter. I now know I need to stick with my normal location where they are much friendlier.

I love to come in grab a coffee and relax for a bit. The service is great as well as the drinks. My only complaint is the music is ALWAYS obnoxiously loud. I have no issue with music but you have to shout at someone next to you while having a conversation. Turn it down just a bit.

This location seems to always have a drive through line, but a dead inside (or the inside just has faster turnover). Keep that in mind, order ahead and jump inside to get your drink.

Drinks always have been prepared correctly and ready when I arrive.
The location feature fast wifi, and secured with Cisco Meraki. Plenty of space to work from.
The parking lot is tight, not a fault of Starbucks though.

2 weeks ago I paid for a croissant with ham and cheese, then the girl at the counter told me that they were out of them and changed it for a plain one without giving me a refund. Yesterday I ordered 2 cappuccinos and other things for breakfast through the Starbucks app, when I picked up my order I noticed that the cups felt empty and I opened them and it was literally a shot of coffee and foam. I went back and told the barista and she just told me that is the way a cappuccino is, mostly foam. I’ve ordered cappuccinos at other places and it’s coffee, milk and foam!!! not just a shot of coffee and foam!!!! ♀️

Service was alright when I order a mocha frap it can be hit or miss sometimes if they get the ratio correct. More times than not I end up with more ice than drink which can be annoying.

Standard Starbucks. Located across from Costco, this café seems a little smaller than expected. Tables fill up quickly with customers on their laptops and mobile devices (I’m standing as I write this – but I’m in no rush). Nice selection of pastries.

Honestly probably one of the best Starbucks I have been to, especially here for Green Bay. It’s brand new as of fall 2016 and there is plenty of seating, it’s very modern, and the staff is great.
