The Taco Bell we went into tonight was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was too busy talking to each other that they just thru our food together. It took almost 30 min to get 5 tacos. We will not be going back to a while.

I like to try a place several times before I have anything to write about it. That way, I’m not judging on a possible bad day. But, this is not the case. For the last few times I went and dined in, the experience has been below par. Everything from waiting on food for an hour or more, to rude/lazy employees, to poor food quality, to mixing up orders, forgetting items, to unsanitary conditions, and even down to an uneasy atmosphere. I give two stars because I see the few employees trying to do their job, try to make things work. However, that’s not enough. It’s bad, when I see a group get shorted food that ordered before me, after giving me a wrong order while waiting over an hour, and a big order that was paid for and never made untill confronted by the customer. I did go back a few more times to be sure, only to be met with similar, not as severe, conditions. I hope that this can be resolved, I do like Taco Bell.

It’s a very hit or miss restaurant. 4 out of 5 times either the order is wrong, the wait is slow, the prices on the sign don’t match what I’m charged, the cashier gives incorrect change, etc. All of the instances happen more often than not. However, occasionally, like today, the experience was fine.

Update:
After a long time we went there because someone in our group wanted to go. It was good. Food was hot. Looked very fresh. Orders were correct. And they were friendly.
Seems like they are doing what they can to improve!

Third time in here and the diet pepsi machine is off in taste. No other diet options except Mt dew which I hate. Informed the day shift manager and she was rude and told me nothing she could do to drink regular. Told her I was diabetic still did nothing to try and help. Other than that good food and service was decent

Honestly, the food there isn’t that bad, it’s pretty decent. The only thing I would say, is that I won’t ever eat there again. Why? Because of the way I saw this one manager treating her employee about a week ago. The woman was absolutely rude to this girl and nice to the others that were working behind the counter. I am not racist by no means, but I do believe that woman was. I mean when you see a black woman talk down to a white girl and be nice to the other black workers(who seem to be doing nothing but joking around), you might think the same thing as I do.

Service was a total disaster. First off after waiting 20 minutes for our food, I approached the counter asking where our order was and ask for the manager. The manager approached the counter laughing sayings it being made right her now. The girl supposedly making our food was just standing there like she had nothing to do. When we finally got the order part of it was missing. They thought it was funny. When I asked for the manager again he never came up front. I ask for district managers name and number and was told know when knows it. The employees were all cutting up right on down to the manager. The Mexican pizzas where throwed together, a child could of done a better job. There was 4 taco supremes 2 hard shells were broken in pieces with no tomatoes or sour cream, the 2 soft shells were not Supreme at All. Tried to get them to fix it, was a joke. We travel and frequently visit here, but doubt we will for all.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Hubby and I went there this evening(11/9/2016) We had to wait at the drive thru before ordering for at least 15 minutes. Then once we ordered we waited on the food for another 25-30 minutes. Our food was up before the vehicle in front of us and was cold and the taco and our chalupas were soggy, by the time we got it. We did not receive an apology for the wait. When we asked what has taken so long, we were ignored. The receipt I received is not legible, so IF I wanted to do the survey thing, I couldn’t. I am still going to complain about the store to corporate, as this is not the first time we have has a problem at this store, and the reason we do not go there oftem

The nachos Supreme box with drink was great. We have had it there before and always good. Staff can be a little more friendly. No one smiles and very unhappy to be there it seems. Besides that the food is great.

Service was superb finally. The girl in the drive thru window around 1pm today was SO nice and sweet and got everything right in our order. That’s saying alot because we normally hate the service we get there. Give that lady a raise!
