Saturday for lunch with a family of 5 was no problem. Order was fresh and expedient. Staff seemed in gear. Easily used app and $5 off coupon. It’s a new format Zaxby’s with plenty of parking, but you kind of have to loop behind it to get in. Drink dispenser and booths were clean. Maybe it’s just growing pains?

Both trays were perfect, prepared as I walked up to assure warmest temperature.
Staff remembered my name and I had wonderful results.
Dropped a tray off with my grandsons and they were super excited.

I eat Zaxby’s alot! So when I found out this one came I was super exited bc it’s 2 mins from me. But, I have been disappointed everytime I have went. The food is good… If they ever get my order right. I’ve been going ever since they have opened and has never gotten my order right. Sometimes I’ll be in a early to get home after a long day and get home to see something else. I never feel like going back out so I deal with it but that’s disappointing. Oh and is there a reason why my drinks are half full and not full?

I literally went to this location three times in one day because my food was messed up. They would not give me my money back. I asked for the refund considering I had already came to that store three times in one day the manager refused to give me my money back and gave me a card for a big Zack snack for free, which was less than what I actually paid for the food that I bought it’s ridiculous. I will never go back to this location. All of the food was dry and old.

My Big Zak Snack Meal came with only two fingers, the wait time was awful, and no one was at the first window to take payment—then the staff at the second window seemed annoyed that we hadn’t already paid. They also didn’t ask what sauces we wanted and just tossed one ranch in the bag. On top of that, they’ve been open less than a month and the drink machine is already broken. Overall, really disappointing.
