My sister came here in October to get me coffee on our way home from the hospital after I gave birth to my son. I got my order confused with two of their seasonal drinks, and when my sister tried explaining the situation and what I had told her I wanted, the staff was FANTASTIC! They were so sweet customizing my drink (which was delicious) and even threw in a couple extras for us. Baby Declan and I are so thankful and will definitely mark this as our favorite location in the metro!

It tends to be difficult for a Starbucks to get 5 stars from me but this is one of the better ones! It feels “broken in” so has the strength of the franchise but has the personality which is often missing. Very friendly staff, quick, not a lot of tomfoolery. It was warm, but outdoor seating looked clean and pleasant. Lots of different indoor niches.

I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a Carmel iced coffee, it tasted awful and I threw it away and went directly to Starbucks after. Hide/Hyde was amazing! She welcomed me when I got to the drive through, verified my order, and when I got to the window she asked about my morning, I told her I couldn’t sleep anymore and decided to get breakfast and how bad my coffee was from McDonald’s, she gave me a $4 gift card for my next visit because she felt bad about me buying two coffees. She is the sweetest girl and I love seeing her when I go there. Wonderful customer service, very friendly, and I’m so glad she’s there when I go in.
