Consistently good food, and the employees are so nice. Today, I saw an older lady who was picking up an order for DoorDash enter the restaurant, and she was confused about what to do. The employees were so nice to her, and that stood out to me. I enjoyed my delicious sandwich also. A+!

Great Service ! : Edit This Post. Aug 28, 2020 . Sub Station II has this best subs in town. (Hands down)! But recently I read a post from a gentle stating how unclean the place was. At first I tried to over look that he was absolutely right. I went to get a sub on yesterday and business was really slow.I was the only customer there so it would allow for staff to clean . I am not here to bash this place , because I love love their subs , but you guys have got to do some deep house cleaning. I just ask that management walk through the front entrance and take a look at your business from our view point. It is really dirty. If everyone pitched in with some deep cleaning from the walls with all the food splashing and a deep floor cleaning you guys should be able to make this happen . I will have to take a step back and hope you guys address this concern.

Came in at dinner time, very busy. Derrick was our cashier and was super helpful! We have a lot of special requests, and he obliged each with no trouble. Ethan was our sandwich artist, and that man was MOVING! Had that line rolling with efficency, let me tell you! Great experience!

first time I ordered last week was great ordered a salad for lunch today and had to have a coworker pick it up for me I did not get any pickle,egg,tomato,onion or cucumbers on my salad also received the wrong chips. I have been calling this store since 12 pm and get no answer and phone hangs up after ringing forever. You have now lost a customer!

I love coming to Sub Station ll. The food is always fresh and tasty! The service is fast and great! They always have enough workers to get you in and out. The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because the manager needs to go back through customer service training. He stand there and watch them fix the others and don’t even acknowledge the guest when they get to the register to check out. He is like this every time I come into this establishment. Koudos to the young workers doing a great job. I hope the manager find some humor if he’s going to be at the register checking out the customers.
