Walked in to 3 people talking, one making all the coffee while 6 people were waiting for food. Took 10 minutes and someone finally asking where their food was for the worker to slowly go over to the machine where she proceeded to pull 15 tickets out of the machine and move at a place that showed she truly doesn’t care. Management really needs to get on this group due to the laziness and lack of caring for the customers.

I do not know what happened to this location but it has really gone downhill. None of the three employees were smiling, did not look at us as they took orders and barely spoke loud enough to hear names called when order was ready. None of the three drinks were made properly. The store was also filthy and not well maintained. The decline of this location has been quick so one may think there has been a change in management or something more drastic. Pictures show the lemon cake which is always good and one of the drinks. The remainder of the pictures show examples of the dirty store.

This location is clean and has nice seats. My drink was delicious. I ordered Nitro Cold Brew with HWC. Parking lot is very small which can be an issue if its crowded. Drive up is one of the smallest I have experience at another time. This is not my first visit. Staff very friendly and patient with me in ordering. Bonus: Its right by I-74 which makes it a quick stop for snacks and drinks.
