We spent about $33 and had several issues with our order. We paid for large drinks but were given mediums. We also asked for sauce at the speaker and again at the window, but did not receive any. The Nashville chicken had no sauce on it, so I barely got to taste it, which is a shame because it used to be my favorite thing.
I understand people have hard days, but the service felt rude and the order was not handled correctly. I am leaving this review because I hope the location improves accuracy and customer service.

Paid 44 something for 12 tenders large slaw large mashed potato. Slaw was super dry the gravy dish had a bunch of dried up old grave all over the lid. couple of the tenders appeared to be ripped in half.. potatos hardly was enough for two people nothing was hot barely warm i went around 9:10pm.
I’ll be calling for a refund soon as they open.. if i would have known I would have gave lake inn my 50.

I have been here a dozen times so have enough data to give them a review.
I gave them 3 stars for the food. One would think that KFC food should all be the same. I have been to some where the pieces of chicken are rather large and some where the chicken is small. The pieces here are always small.
The service is also rated 3 stars. I stopped in the other day and had issues with the Kiosk, so I approached the front counter to order. I had employees walk by as they were bringing out food for other orders. They totally ignored me. One employee put an order in the take out bin and at least acknowledged me as she walked past and said someone would be getting back with me. Another 5 minutes had passed and no one had. Most of the time employees were working out of sight in back so I couldn’t even nav one! I finally walked out.
There was a gal a year ago who worked there who understood customer service and waited on me a few times and she was great. Wish she was still there.
I will do my best to eat somewhere other than here.

It’s KFC. I saw that even the crows wouldn’t eat a piece of chicken was left in the parking lot. They are smart birds. That said they do have an excellent staff and I only order the Mac n cheese there because nothing beats KFC’s macaroni.

Nasty service, ordered & payed for online. As I waited for my order I got thirsty so ordered pop and payed cash ($3.17 gave her $4). Unfortunately she put in $40 tendered, I said just give me 83cents and a cup and we’re even.
No she has to have a manager come up and fix it so her drawer isn’t short ♂️.
So I wait and wait but manager is too busy to bother. After 5 minutes I start shouting “Manager up Front” as my original food order is getting cold.
Then a manager finally comes up front shouting who’s causing a commotion up here, looking at me like he thinks he can bully me as he’s a large man with long greasy hair and beard and no hair net (disgusting).
Told him give me my 4$ back as my food was getting cold by this time.
Manager says you take that $4 I’ll call the police.
I said let me do it for you.
Police came and went in came out with food and money for entire order (almost $40).
I took my $4 back (I didn’t want to take advantage of them), gave the rest back to officer, and drove home.
Should have known KFC employees would make my dinner uneditable (see pick below) cold with no coating, I suspect they threw it on the floor and spit on it.
Long story short don’t go to Lapeer KFC, service is terrible and if you say something they’ll spike your food be warned.

The food was good, but the service was slow and many tables were dirty. They may just have been short-handed. The manager seems great, like he’d be fun to work for, and is diligent about customer service. Maybe it was just an off day with not enough help.
