Horrible experience at this location! Ordered only a cup of frappe 5 minutes before I arrived the store. 3 others walked in and picked up their drinks. And then 3 other groups ordered in store and picked up their drinks. All before my one cup of coffee. Then I couldn’t help but ask the status of my order and they told me that it’s being prepared right now with an attitude. Then another customer walked in and picked up their drink. And then finally prepared mine. I’ve waited for over 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. The white chocolate mocha that I got also had no coffee flavor.

Ordered through the Starbucks app for delivery less than two miles away with an $8 tip added to the order. Delivery driver dropped drink and sent photos of the food on the ground and spilled all over the place. Driver never answered texts or calls. Never received any of the items I ordered and no refund. Enjoy the $25 I spent for my coffee that went down the drain. Great job Starbucks. Don’t even offer to replace or refund it. This is why I’ve cut back and have started going to more local coffee shops as Starbucks can’t even get food to their customers and won’t even do anything about it. Not even we’re sorry just oops and you can place another order. I don’t think so.

Friend got Starbucks for us in the morning before our shift. I thank him, take mine by the bottom and there’s a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of the cup. I asked my friend if it was his, maybe he was playing a prank on me. He said no, and that it was disgusting. I agree.

Coffee was good, but the person at the register was really rude. She wasn’t there when I came up, so I came back a couple minutes later, and she had rolled her eyes and was just being mean for no reason. She only was nice when she gave me my coffee, because she saw that I tipped her. Weird.

I absolutely adore this Starbucks, you can go to any location to get your food or drink, but here you get the most amazing staff who are always incredibly friendly and just so hard working. Every time we come in they are always smiling and just so happy. Thank you guys so much for being the most amazing team and always making our mornings when we come in. We appreciate all your hard work!

The art on the board is beautiful. I always see the manager working behind the counter on Sundays, I respect that a lot. The people always seem happy, and I always get a greeting. Drinks are consistent in quality and taste. I will drive out of the way to go to this location.

This location was so amazing, but what stood out to me the most was Justin. He was one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. His customer service is top tier. Sad to hear it was his last day. Also, the drink was delicious!

I stood at the register for five minutes with no greeting no acknowledgment. No I will be with you in a minute just occasional glares from the barista like I was inconveniencing them. If you’re understaffed, that is fine, you can still be friendly and acknowledge customers.
