Shout out to Tabby for always making my drink delicious. She is so kind. I love talking to her when I come in for my coffee. Today was great as Tabby and two younger girls recommended the cookies and cream cake pop over the chocolate cake pop. I agree it is better than the original chocolate cake pop. I tried a new drink today which is a variation of my “usual”. My go to is a combination of white chocolate sauce and toffee nut syrup with salted caramel cold foam. I love the Starbucks team in the Kroger!

Everytime I order from here my drinks taste terrible. I’ve given it 3 tries and was disappointed every time. Ordered a triple shot frap today and you could taste no coffee. It tasted like chocolate milk. Don’t open your door if your employees cant make proper drinks!!

I am shocked by the work of the people in this branch of the coffee shop. I ordered a large size coffee, they poured me half a glass and said: this is a large one. and a chicken and egg sandwich was thrown onto the counter like it was in the trash. the burger in the bag scattered, the bag was stained inside and outside with someone else’s coffee. Dear coffee shop owners, I ask you to have a conversation with the big red guy who cooks the food. he feeds people, not livestock. no one apologized, they just said: take it or leave it and leave!

The coffee was great. The muffins were great. We ordered inside and then took our drinks outside to the patio. It was lovely. The staff was great. The only complaint I have is that there were no trash cans. Like anywhere. No trash cans for customers to use. I guess they expect you to take your empty coffee cups and food wrappers to your car with you. So for me, next time I’ll just hit the drive thru.

Went to try the new summer berry drink with boba, I got my drink and it didn’t have boba in it. I asked them if it was supposed to have boba since that’s how they have it advertised and since the drink does have boba it’s a little more expensive compared to other drinks. They told me they were out and I told them that nobody told me they were out (because if they were out I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place). Wasn’t offered a refund. I had also gotten the orange cake pop and it tasted dry and my sandwich I had gotten tasted like it was sitting out, I had to throw it away when I got home.

Wont go back to Starbucks. My first and only experience. Early AM, I interrupted the worker from her conversation with a Kroger employee, so she had an attitude off the rip. I asked for an iced coffee with 2 flavors and some sugar, she said that the flavor liquids would be sweet enough and then proceeded to make my coffee, unbeknownst to me, without sugar. I paid and left and didnt take a drink till I was already out the door. She took it upon herself to decide what went in my coffee. Needless to say…..Dunkin will always be my coffee supplier!

Me and my wife goto starbucks 3 times a week , but everytime we stop at this one the staff seems to hate there job,coffe has been cold,and my wife’s frappuccino tasted sooo bad she said”this place give starbuck a bad name!!” This is a staff issue that needs to be taking care of!! Because we love starbucks.
