The nice associate complimented my daughter’s outfit right as we walked in and then took our order and had it ready in a flash. Food was good, restaurant was clean. Employees seemed happy to be there. Associate came out a minute later and gave my kids panda keychains and wished us happy holidays. It was a lovely experience.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Highlands Ranch location. I was the first customer in the store and ordered a Family Meal. Despite being first, I watched the employee, “Beto/Roberto” give the remaining portions of my entree to a customer who came in after me.
I was told to wait for a new batch, but once it came out, Beto continued to serve about 20 other people—including those ordering the same item—while I was ignored. I waited over 10 minutes and had to confront him myself. He was dismissive and didn’t apologize until I voiced my concern about being treated differently as one of the few Asian customers in the shop. To top it off, when I got home, the portions were much smaller than usual.
I’ve always enjoyed Panda Express, but the lack of basic respect and the feeling of being intentionally bypassed was unacceptable. I hope management looks into the service standards and conduct of this staff member

I’m not one to write reviews. In fact, I’m pretty sure this is the first review I’ve ever wrote but this location is awful. I showed up for a pickup order to which they told me I would have to wait an extra ten minutes for broccoli and beef. No big deal, I would rather have it fresh anyways. I got home with my food just to see the entirety of my chow mein was only cabbage. I could count the number of noodles on one hand. This was not the first time this has happened so I took the extra time to drive back arriving at 8:30 to find their doors locked. Google says they close at 9:30pm. I voiced my frustration to which the manager (Devy) said she could give me free store credit and that they only had rice left and I could have that. I said I would take the fried rice and credit but questioned why they couldn’t make new chow mein with there still supposed to be an hour before close. By this time two other guests walked in to which the manager Devy continued to tell them they were closed and there was no food left. Me, and the two other guest proceeded to tell her it wasn’t closing time and she was trying to close early to which she continuously denied. I left frustrated with what I thought was my fried rice just to get home and see it was white rice instead…awful location, awful management, awful service.

I ordered a 2 item entree with just noodles, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I got 5 pcs of chicken. I asked for more and the lady said “You get one scoop. Thats one scoop.” I come here a lot. It must be new management or owner. I don’t think Im coming back.

I went in an hour before close, where they were already almost fully cleaned to close. only teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. I understand not wanting to have a bunch of extra at night, but you all left me with no options and not what i even went there for. Not great, and kind of disappointing

Panda Express has been a really good dining experience for us. We all love there food and I have not had any problems with our orders. Everything has been as we ordered and it is piping hot. Which is nice.

Absolutely horrible expierence here. We placed pick up order for a whole hour before they closed. When we got there the chow mein was mostly cabbage and they refused to make more saying they were “closing soon”. Devy was incredibly rude and impatient even shooing other customers away a good 30 mins before they closed.

I come to this location often the staff is always friendly the food is always good and devy in particular always greets me with a huge smile. Love this place for quick lunch… Also thank you for always having fresh super greens…

I live closer to another Panda and come to this one instead. The food is always fresh and plentiful, the staff is friendly and sincere, and I always leave here with a great feeling. Today a customer waiting for food was so incredibly rude to a worker named Devy, and she was apologetic to him. He asked her questions and then talked over her responses, interrupting her and accusing her of not being sincere in her apology. I wish more people would get off their soapbox of privilege and be grateful for the world around us and the people who work hard to provide for the busy lifestyle. Devy had so much grace with this customer, and I hope everyone who comes here remembers to be as courteous as the incredible staff here.

This is a pretty standard pen express. The food is consistent with all of the panda expresses. This location is fairly clean. I was not particularly impressed with the staff. However nothing bad occurred.
