I am writing this review for our Director of Sales because he is always on the Road. He passes many Starbucks locations just to go to this one on E Waterloo Rd every morning. He raves about the drink selections and the employees. Always walks out with a smile on his face which makes my day so much easier. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Probably won’t be going back to this Starbucks. The drinks are so inconsistent in terms of taste and it’s hit or miss if my 1 modification is done right. If you go in and ask for a remake you are met with attitude and the entire staff staring at you with daggers until you leave. I really wanted this place to work because it closer to my house than the one on graham/hudson road where I’ve gotten the same drink, the same way for 2 years and not had this issue. But it’s not worth paying $6 for a drink that may be made right one day and not the next.

This team did am amazing job on red cup day. It was super busy and a very friendly woman with curly hair was taking care of handing out drinks and mobile orders and her good mood was contagious. Everything went super smooth while I was there. The best starbucks I’ve been to.

Do the price, I usually stay at Starbucks for special occasions, however the dunkin’ donuts down the street takes absolutely forever And nobody can make your food or your coffee right down there.
We just moved to the area and I’ve tried this Starbucks three times now, the dunkin’ down there at least 20 times And I won’t be back. I’ll pay the extra at Starbucks for them to get my food Pam my coffee tasting right.

Decided to do something I don’t do often today, go to Starbucks. And man am I glad I did! The food isn’t nothing write home about, but it wasn’t bad at all! The server today, Adri! She was so kind and welcoming, just her demeanor and overall presence was a joy! Felt as though I was one of her regulars.

I came in for the first time and met the store manager! The staff was very friendly and my drink was delicious. I’d recommend not sitting at the booths–the bench seat wasn’t very comfy. There is plenty of seating though!

Friendly and accurate service. I enjoyed my drink there and asked for a free refill which they quickly served (thanks to Starbucks new offering). There’s seating inside and steaming in a patio outside available. There was a bit of a wait for food and drinks inside but with a generous amount of seating I didn’t have to stand the whole time.
