The couch should be thrown in the trash. This is the second time that I’ve came to this location and my cinnamon dolce latte is extremely strong. Like is a double shot idk. I order this drink often I don’t know what’s going on. Also me and my mom just left there and she had to wait 15 mins for her Matcha! Why not go in order of when it was placed. She ordered before me

this starbucks is so disappointing and employees every time i have gone are rude… i will give ample time to pick my order up and they always make a snark comment and my drink following that is never good. i am always kind and tipping because i work in food service too. would much rather go across town to another starbucks than come back here.

They’re always nice, here. But one complaint is that twice it’s happened here where people order like 30 drinks, and the store gets totally backed up. Starbucks should have a better system when people place huge orders like that. Like if you go thru a drive through and order 50 cheeseburgers they’re going to make you wait longer so others don’t have to. I waited 30mins for 2 drinks. They were kind, and I felt bad for them, but that shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Be better Starbucks.

Was made the wrong drink like usual in the drive thru when I order directly off the menu and do not alter anything. Went inside bra-less to resolve the issue today instead of just dumping the coffee when it’s wrong like I usually do. Was made the wrong coffee a second time after explaining the problem nicely. These people do not care about their jobs & this is the worst Starbucks in the state I’d have to bet. Breakfast sandwich was also damn near hard as a rock. Truly, a great visit. Won’t be back.

What you’d expect from a Starbucks. Has a nice outdoor patio for warmer weather! Friendly attentive staff as well. Seating was ok with a small cushioned couch and a longer conference / dinner style table. Music was a bit overbearing and loud.

Multiple times I’ve come to this location when it says its open online and show up and its closed. Its the only starbucks this has repeatedly happened at. Or they close at 5pm randomly. Super annoying for this one to be in a high traffic area of restaurants.

Today is my birthday, and I had ordered my free drink online but when I came they said they hadn’t received it. I offered to show my ID and that I have points on my account, and they said “that’s okay, we are gonna make it regardless” and asked me for my order. The Baristas were the sweetest! They made my peppermint mocha very quickly and the decor was very cute for Christmas time. Great experience. I wish I had cash on me or else I would’ve tipped them both
