The worst Philly cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely no flavor, swimming in grease, and barely any cheese.
The chicken soup looked and tasted like dishwasher water.

i wish i could give it 0 starts…after 3 times… THREE TIMES making my order incorrect they won’t give me a refund and laughing at us like a joke. the manager and all the staff here are immature children. no where to be found 3 cheese steaks later with cold cheese and another incorrect order. how do you keep messing up a simple california cheese? provolone cheese instead of swiss and add pickles! you pay what your ordered and you like what you like.

They’ve been slipping. Last few times they’ve slightly messed up my orders, except this most recent time I was taking it back with me and its really messed up! TONS OF ONIONS! That sandwich doesnt even come with onions, and I got 3! I can’t eat onions. Also I said “The Eagle” and she tried putting it in as The Balboa! That’s not even close! I love the chicken cheesesteaks here and always get The Eagle with my food credits cus its so good and kind of unique. What the hell am I supposed to do now?!

There was another couple in line in front of us and it took 10 minutes to have our order taken. My wife and I each had a regular cheesesteak and shared a soda and fries, and our total was just over $40, a bit steep.
The bread was bad, but the beef, cheese and veggies were great. Overall and average sandwich that was expensive for what it is and there were no free refills on the fountain drink.

Been coming here a long time. Never really had problem with food. Prices keep going up but I guess that’s expected. I always get the teriyaki chicken and tenders free of course using 25 comps.

My brother brought us to Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino in Pennsylvania and saw Philly Steak and Fries at the food court. We ordered the Philly Loaded cheesesteak with onions, peppers and provolone cheese with fries and gravy, chicken tenders and the Balboa Steak with bacon mushrooms and cheez whizz and chicken tenders. They were big portions and so mouth watering delicious.
