I go here pretty regularly unfortunately. The consistency of the drinks is absolutely horrible. 9/10 times I always get the same drink. It never taste the same. There are times it’s a chore to drink it or I just throw most of it away. The food shares the same consistency. Layout of the store (outside) was a poor design. I am considering not going to this store anymore due to the horrible drinks I have been getting lately.

Customer service for drive thru obviously needs to be restrained on customer service. When someone says they 100% KNOW what they want and are ordering then just do it. You could possibly be wasting time and make people late for work worth playing guessing games. Then rudely dismissed me after I expressed that she was going make me late for work after I already said i know what i wanted. I come to this spot once a week! I order the same stuff every time!

They obviously prioritize drive thru, watched 2 separate customers get their order made and leave who ordered after our order. Then got my drink, then they made another customers drink that was behind us, then made my daughter’s lemonade order which was just a matter of getting it poured from the lemonade bulk tank. Get your crew in shape!

Driving for door dash.. the morning crew is horrendous when it comes to getting orders ready. I go and wait an upward of 15 minutes AFTER the DoorDash app says my order should be picked up. It’s a huge waste of time.. maybe if it were a drink for myself maybe it wouldn’t be soo terrible, but delivering melted drinks to customers because they make the drink and let them sit around without being packaged up is crazy!

This Starbucks location is great! My drinks are always made to perfection so I know each time it will taste as expected. The only reason for four stars is because this location often has a long drive thru line and it can take a while to actually get your order. Sometimes during the rush the staff are (understandably) stressed and may not provide as friendly of service as usual. If you can avoid these rush times then no issues at all!

We stopped here to get a quick treat on our road trip only to be disappointed. It wasn’t busy and it took 20 minutes for 3 drinks to get made. In my oat milk latte, they forgot the caramel syrup and they ended up forgetting about the black coffee because they forgot to print the ticket. Very displeasing experience.

I go here just about every morning, every single day the baristas are always smiling and say “good morning” , also always in a super friendly mood. Them girls must really love their jobs! If I could I would give 5 stars everyday! There’s 2 Kayla’s and a Danielle that really deserve a raise! It’s always clean too. I always make sure to tip just to show them my appreciation, but one day after a really bad night at work and a really bad week I went here and found a Christmas card next to my drink from them 3, honestly them girls probably have no idea how much that meant to me. That was the only card I got this year and I’ll forever be grateful for them!

Spent 30 minutes waiting for food and coffee and I didn’t even get a free red cup first they said I didn’t order the specific drink then said said I didn’t order the specific size. ok Karen nowhere did it say it had to be a specific size. is it because I’m African American descent?
