Experience was a total 10/10. My daughter and I went on a mini outing while her father was at the dr looked up a Starbucks for some cake pops because my daughter loves the birthday cake and we went through the drive through . We had kye who spoke so well and had a very great personality . I asked him about this spinich egg yoke roll . I can’t remember the name he hadn’t tried it and was wondering was it good as well .! Then JESS this wonderful ball of personality jumped in girl yes try it with the sarachi sauce .! I’m like okay okay get me that. My daughter like they are so tea . I’m like amazing servixe right . I was going to grab some coffee after doing some work, I got in the drive thru line, ordered, and got to the window. I then realized I didn’t have my debit card. I had my wallet, just not the card and I also wasn’t carrying cash with me. The guy at the window was super nice and just handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. 10/10 awesome employees, always love it. <33

This Starbucks is my favorite location and I live in Flowood and will travel here just for the experience. The staff is absolutely amazing! Jessica and Khi are my go to baristas, anytime they make my order it’s perfect and they know me by name. It never fails as soon as I come they greet me by name, I love that. They literally have me spoiled. Lol!

They are slow and unorganized. I always order via the app and it still takes forever. My last visit I placed a mobile order at 7:00am with an estimated 5-8 minute wait. I got the notice my order was ready at 7:10 am. Well I walked in to pickup and not only was it not ready that had not even began making it! There were several people working and a clear lack of organization. There were at least 5 employees that I could see. The person that started my drink stopped and started breaking down boxes. Another person came and finished it and they seemed to be confused and/or new. I didn’t get my order until 7:20a and it wasn’t made correctly but I just took it so I wouldn’t be late for work. There is NO plan for morning or lunch rush and they are always behind even with plenty people working.

My recent visit to this Starbucks location was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and I was greeted with a smile. Because I had a delicate request, I was referred to the store manager, Shakira. She was pleasant and eager to assist me. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and GREAT customer service!

This place gets overwhelmed by 7:30. The wait for coffee is 10-15 if you order ahead. Drive through lines wrap around the building to the front entrance. The baristas are clearly overwhelmed with mobile orders and drive through. They need to restrict mobile orders or have another barista. It’s terribly slow.

Horrible service. I tried to order three different things, they were out of all of them. That’s fine, I understand. What’s not fine is telling me “I think I just said we’re out of that,” after I asked for a different drink. I didn’t hear that they were out of the drink the first time because it is sometimes hard to hear from the speaker. I’ve never peeled out of a drive thru faster. I won’t be back.

Extremely slow service and a general sense of chaos and disorder. On the bright side, the ambiance is a cut above your average Starbucks. The downside is that you get to enjoy the ambiance for a half hour while waiting for your bagel and coffee.

This location is often out of everything or they’ll mark things out of stock so you can’t order on the app. My drink is rarely right(which I could almost overlook if you weren’t charged for every single substitution), and they’re always slow. If the app says it’s going to be more than 10 mins, you might as well tack on another 15-20. The staff is mostly nice if not the most warm bunch. I will say they’re always hustling, but they can’t seem to get it together, which makes me question the management of the store more than the crew.

This was my first time ordering any type of coffee at Starbucks. I do not drink it in any form. Today is Veterans Day so I decided to go to get the free coffee. I wanted sugar no cream and she said I could add flavors but I left my money in car so just got plain coffee.
The young lady who took my order was very very friendly and helpful. She said their coffee was the BEST!
I finally tasted the coffee and I don’t like it but then I don’t like coffee. If they put sugar in it I can’t taste it! It smells great!
