Ordered a hamburger, bacon thin crust pizza. When we got it home and started eating the pizza it looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps all afternoon. It was dried out and tough.Still waiting for some type of action on this matter.

This is the second time I’ve gone there and when I go there. It’s at the end of the night because I work. And both times I’ve gone there. The food sucks. The guy’s got a bad attitude now. You tell me, does that look like a large pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni for $19.

I tried to call on an order for over 30 minutes no one answered. So I went to the store to order there was a long line of people waiting to order or pick up when it was my turn, she asked If this was a call in or online order, I told her I tried calling in, but no one would answer the phone and all she said was we’re busy very rudely. Search took my order said come back in 25 minutes. I did through the drive up they asked for my name I gave it to him. The girl told me they haven’t even put my order in the oven yet. It was gonna be another 30 minutes but she was the only nice one that said she would bring it out to our car if we pulled back up front and we did I just think that’s ridiculous. Either they need more help on a Friday night and not be so rude to customers I believe it was a manager. Oh, and they left off ingredients for my from supreme pizza, like the black olives and bell peppers

To much playing left out my bread sticks cause the workers where more worried about playing and cutting up then making sure my food was right no to pleased with grown ups acting like kids horse playing in the back and the music sucks they were playing the manger said something but didn’t make sure my stuff was right

We called in a pizza order around 10:15 (they close at 12:00) we were about 8 miles away so we left immediately. When we got there (before 11:00) all the lights were off but we continued to the drive thru. They had our pizza and breadsticks ready so we paid and left. The pizza was hard and the toppings were cold. It was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. Bread sticks were fair. Never will I return
